The Rope Access - NDE Technician is responsible for carrying out standard rope access operations under the direct supervision of an authorized Level 3 rope access supervisor. The technician will use Industrial Rope Access methods and related equipment to access and complete a wide variety of inspection, maintenance and other industrial work tasks while on ropes or in difficult access areas. The Maintenance & Production Technician is a mid-level position for our Thermal Spray operation. Safe operation of specific equipment, material(s) or processes in order to produce quality coated components at required rate is a core function. Technicians will be responsible for conducting operational and preventative maintenance procedures, addressing intermediate-level alarms, performing basic quality control procedures, using simple hand tools and systems during operations. Job Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety procedures and practice good housekeeping. Perform assigned job duties in accordance with all written work and procedures. Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used for Thermal Spray applications. Maintain quality control procedures and required documentation.
