The Processing Technician 2 will provide troubleshooting support to the production group to correct problems. This role will act as the liaison between Production and the Process Engineering dept. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. Essential Functions: Troubleshooting, diagnosing and making recommendations for processing issues. Starting up presses after; changes (mold changes, conversions, material changes, etc.), rehangs, repairs, mold cleans, or other reasons Regrind and scrap management Assistance with Automation alarms and troubleshooting Enter all downtime and scrap codes accurately for future analysis using the Process Monitoring System (Mattec) as needed.
