Pros of working at MAP Communications

The pros are that an ESOP is provided which give decent retirement opportunities but there is no partial vesting, it is either 100% or 0%

Cons of working at MAP Communications

You are treated like a number instead of like a human being. In an average work day everything you do is micromanaged, from what you say to being allowed to take more than a 1 minute bathroom break.

What do you like best about MAP Communications's CEO and the leadership team?

The basic leadership team is great but the further up in leadership the more remote and unavailable they are. It is difficult to receive updates and any information is given last minute when changes are made.

How would you improve MAP Communications's culture?

It would be great if there were more incentives (even something simple like a 15 minute break added to one day during a week for hitting the required KPI)
