Assist in resin inventory and blending management. Operate, calibrate and conduct verification of testing and blending equipment. Conduct quality line inspections, including outgoing shipments of finished goods, and assist with audits including process adherence. Use raw material and finished product test results to develop or modify blends for pipe production. Maintain testing and procedural documentation as required. Report, enter, and maintain required data, including quality records, and documents. Conduct first article and finished product testing, identifying and communicating necessary process adjustments to production team. Identify out of spec results and work with Supervisor and Operators to resolve. Properly label, segregate, and report any product (finished good) found to be out of specification. Serve as a quality check for Prinsco, reporting all quality concerns immediately. Assist in training, orientating, coaching and communicating job expectations for quality. Serve as a back-up for quality supervisor. Conduct required testing on resale items received from OEM's. Load and unload resin lots from delivery trucks and place them into inventory. Verify incoming resin lots and miscellaneous deliveries are correct per issued purchase orders and invoices. Verify outgoing shipments of resin lots are properly packaged and loaded in accordance with issued invoices and bill of ladings. Properly label and store resin lots in warehouse, and ensure accurate inventories are maintained. Palletize empty and flattened resin boxes for shipment. Prepare necessary valves and system controls to ensure correct flow of resin lots to process and storage. Focus on cross-training, continuous learning and improvement. Participate and support the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months of production or quality / material handling experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data/facts/drawings to support valid conclusions and to solve practical problems or deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
