You will play a critical role in supporting product strategy, performance analytics, and rate/underwriting enhancements across our auto and property insurance portfolio. Responsibilities: Shares responsibility for top and bottom-line results for assigned state(s). Conducts thorough analysis and assessment of product and business performance using internal and external data sources to identify opportunities to improve KPIs and profitable growth. Develop hypothesis-driven analytics and test/learn frameworks. Build dashboards and performance reports that inform pricing, underwriting, and product decisions. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Support rate and product reviews, competitor analyses, and market research across multiple states and product lines. Lead assigned rate/rule/form filings and implementations to meet an established filing schedule. Build comprehensive business requirements that will be used by the IT Department. Work with the IT Department to ensure timely and accurate implementation of product changes. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience. 2+ years relevant experience required. Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required. Quantitative and qualitative analysis and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of Excel and SAS, SQL, and/or other large dataset analysis tools.
