Lead assigned rate/rule/form filings and implementations to meet an established filing schedule. Build comprehensive business requirements that will be used by the IT Department. Work with the IT Department to ensure timely and accurate implementation of product changes. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience. 2+ years relevant experience required. Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required. Quantitative and qualitative analysis and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of Excel and SAS, SQL, and/or other large dataset analysis tools.
