    This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Fort Smith, AR.
    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Supervise, train and evaluate technical and support staff; determines work assignments.
    Review laboratory work orders and assign priority. Ensure proper training, setup, instrumentation, equipment, materials, and testing are utilized to support successful product testing. Ensure accuracy of activities and appropriate forms are being utilized to communicate the results.
    Works with lab management to support implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Ensure predictive maintenance activities are being done correctly and on time.
    Works with lab management to provide training and guidance to laboratory team members as necessary to ensure correct laboratory protocols are being safely applied.
    Manage and facilitate the communication process among the various departments to ensure assigned laboratory testing requirements are understood.
    Works with lab management to support development of laboratory standard operating procedures (SOP).
    Serve as a mentor and coach to assigned laboratory team members.
