    Job DescriptionDescription: Evergreen Armored, a currency logistics and security company, seeks a full-time Armored Service Technician to provide efficient, timely, and accurate transport of currency and other valuables on behalf of Credit Unions and Financial Institutions. This position reports to the Keizer, Oregon branch and primarily operates a service vehicle for daily route operations. Receive, verify, document, and account for shipment cargo. Accurately prepare and process shipment transactions, including but not limited to Federal Reserve shipments and customer accounts per policy and procedures. Responsible for distribution and receipts of money bags, receipts, and route keys. Maintenance of all records in an organized, detailed manner. Accurately able to process bulk cash inventory and change orders. Ensure that all shipments are transported and completed correctly. Perform accurate check-in and check-out during daily route operations. Perform operational tasks with an increased level of authority, including maintaining the cash and coin vaults, and opening and closing the facility. Collaborate with co-workers and provide necessary information to the appropriate people. Maintain confidentiality and protect Evergreen operations by keeping negotiable instruments, cash, keys, and customer and/or Financial Institutions' information secure at all times. Participate in developing strategies for achieving logistic and customer goals. Maintain operational knowledge by staying informed of policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Work areas are primarily outside, in an all-weather environment with light-to-moderate background noise. Position involves exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, e.g., robbery. The position may require extended hours (applies to full-time and part-time schedules). Requirements: Physical Activities Required to Perform Job Duties: Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 50% of the time is spent over the road driving. Balance of time (approximately 50%) is spent walking while working, entering and exiting office buildings. Speaking/Hearing: Clear diction and acute hearing are necessary for effective communication with co-workers, customers, and outside agencies, by telephone, and in person. Vision: Corrected vision close to 20/20 is necessary to effectively use computers, handheld scanners, and interpret written information. Lifting/Carrying/Pushing/Pulling: The ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds is necessary for transporting currency and/or cargo. Stooping/Kneeling: The ability to stoop and kneel is necessary for accessing vault and currency. Reaching/Handling: Good manual dexterity is necessary for computer keyboard use and for retrieving and working with appropriate paperwork, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. At least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT Physical and provide a Medical Examiner's Certificate. Successful completion of Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) armed security certification, or the ability to complete within the first 30 days (Evergreen Armored will assist with attaining this certification). Minimum of two years of experience in security, or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Strong knowledge of currency processing and bank operations for processing procedures is preferred. Requires the availability to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday hours if needed. Must be bondable. Non-exempt starting pay range: $27.00 - $31.24 per hour, depending on experience. Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts typically between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.     Description The Associate II, Regulatory Deposit Services and Reporting processes specific banking transactions in a timely and complete manner through a variety of complex technology systems. This position proactively conducts quality control measures (QC) on assigned processes. This position also responds to member and employee inquiries on a timely and accurate basis. The Associate II consistently evaluates transactions for critical risk including approval/limit requirements and fraud, reporting internally or contacting the member as appropriate.Primary Responsibilities: Process a high volume of regulatory banking transaction, including IRA transactions, tax corrections, government reporting and deposit account maintenance in an efficient and accurate manner with minimal management oversight Navigate a variety of complex technology systems with various processing functions and deadlines, meeting department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Respond timely and accurately to member and internal partner inquiries by phone, email or mail Manage and properly store comprehensive up to date records of member communication, correspondence, activities and transactions Work extensively with members and internal partners to research and resolve member, vendor and internal issues throughout day and adjust tasks and priorities as appropriate (e.g.: Customer Information Profile (CIP), etc.), escalating any potential problems to leadership and/or Senior Associate(s) as required Support Senior Associates in processing specific regulatory activities, including Escheatment, Tax Identification Maintenance, deceased estate and probate account maintenance, IRA management, garnishments/levies and tax reporting Identify and communicate process improvement ideas to Senior Associates and Leadership Track and validate transactional reports for accuracy and collaborate with Senior Associates and leadership regarding results and themes Perform member outreach and provide training to other Associates Experience and Education Requirement: Minimum Education: High School Diploma with some post-secondary education preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry/analysis and customer service Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, autonomously handling a variety of responsibilities in a complex environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Proven ability to professionally handle sensitive documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction Familiarity with governmental banking regulatory reporting activities is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Location: Hillsboro Corporate Office - Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID) Target Compensation for Hillsboro, OR: $23.56 - $27.40 per hour + annual bonus Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Paid Time Off: You'll accrue up to 15 vacation days in your first year.
