    Full-time Description Maps Credit Union seeks a detail-oriented and organized EMA Member Relationship Specialist or Officer to join our dedicated team that provides exemplary service to our business banking members who have unique account requirements. This position serves as the main contact to open new business accounts and services and maintain existing accounts. As the face of the department, this position primarily provides excellent communication and customer service over the phone, with occasional in-person appointments. The ideal person for this position enjoys developing relationships with business banking members over the phone and possesses attention to detail to ensure accurate account maintenance with an eye for compliance. Key responsibilities of the EMA Member Relationship Specialist are listed below. Please note that Officer-level duties include an increased scope of knowledge and responsibility. Provide service to EMA business members by opening, setting up or performing maintenance on the following types of business accounts or services: savings, checking, online banking, debit cards, direct deposit, and automatic transfers. Answer questions in person and/or over the phone. Thoroughly review and process EMA application packets to ensure applicants meet all Credit Union standards with respect to membership eligibility, corporate status, license status, criminal history, and reputation. Resolve questions and issues regarding application information. Enhance member relationships by assessing member needs and recommending additional products and services. Explain the features and advantages of accounts or services to promote sales. Perform thorough audits of new account and maintenance documents. Provide training to EMA staff for department processes and cannabis industry-related knowledge. Provide training to Credit Union staff related to EMA operations. Follow regulatory and policy compliance requirements, which include those efforts in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Identity Theft Red Flags, and other compliance-related policies. Requirements EMA Member Relationship Specialist Requirements (Officer requirements require increased years of relevant experience): High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational documents, policies, and regulations. Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, including direct and indirect selling roles, or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum of two years in the financial industry, with BSA compliance-related experience preferred. Must be bondable. Must be at least 21 years of age. Starting non-exempt pay range: $25.00 - $30.63 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Onsite position. We seek an experienced Branch Manager to build and lead a dedicated team of banking professionals with a passion for serving the Wilsonville community. Our Branch Managers: Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development, including outreach, networking, and community partnerships; maintain collaborative relationships with Maps' internal professional partners. Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch. Foster a member-centric environment where staff warmly greet members, initiate needs-based conversations, and provide tailored financial solutions. Oversee the development of branch employees, including identifying training needs and establishing performance expectations through proactive coaching conversations. Lead the branch to meet or exceed goals as set annually by senior management. Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies, procedures, and audits. Step into any role in the branch as needed. *Please note: The Wilsonville Branch is scheduled to open in mid-October. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and financial services experience. A minimum of 4 years in the financial industry with demonstrated progressive responsibility. A minimum of 3 years in a proven supervisory role. A minimum of 3 years in direct and indirect selling roles. The highest level of ethical behavior. Must be bondable. Starting salary is $90,000 - $103,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn quarterly and annual incentives. *We will guarantee a one-time incentive of $2,500 after completion of the first quarter of employment. Position overview: Provides support to front-line employees and tier II complex trouble-shooting support for members. Interfaces with digital banking vendors to resolve issues, manage tickets, complete fix testing, and ensure staff and members are followed up with promptly. Effectively prioritizes and oversees multiple open cases across multiple vendor ticketing systems. Works to expedite resolution and promptly responds to vendor inquiries. Vets proposed vendor solutions before providing members with resolution and adhering to established department SLAs. Escalates issues when vendor response quality is lacking, or vendor SLAs are not met. Handles inquiries related to BioCatch block/lock rules. Minimizes risk to the credit union by analyzing available reports, information, and system warnings and following procedures. Exercises sound judgment when reviewing high-risk transactions and platform or digital services access. Monitors specific real-time alerts and contacts members to ensure account security. Handles requests from other departments via the Digital Banking Service Incident Queue. Ensures prompt follow-up and closes the loop by providing thorough and prompt responses to the submitting employee. Solicits feedback and captures the voice of the member to facilitate digital banking optimization and our product roadmap. Qualifications Must-haves: High school diploma/GED required. A minimum of two years of financial institution or technical support experience is required.
