His responsibilities included the control and management of a production workforce of 450 employees. Prior to joining PMS, Mr. Hernandez served in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1986. He distinguished himself in the service by being promoted to the rank of E6 in less than 10 years and earning awards, including Maintenance Professional of the Year for the Tactical Air Command.
