My experience was ok at first. I git hired on as a dietary aide and cook . Was put into a supervisor position. But came to find out that I had no position. I was a glorified babysitter for my crew. My boss told me I was a supervisor ut yet had no power to be one without her permission.

I didn't I was handed a job that I couldn't do for 2 years but still got yelled at. But the am supervisor didn't do half of what I did. Now the residents are suffering for it
