Duties * Ensure that all loads are received on safe and clean trailers with acceptable temperatures. * Select all customer orders with 100% accuracy, stage and safely load on trailers. * Prior ability of safely operating a forklift is helpful but not essential, will train if necessary. * Practice safe proper trailer loading procedures including weight distribution, pallet-load integrity and top stacking limitations. * Must be able to back in trailers using the spotter truck. * Must be physically capable of lifting requirements and able to work in refrigerated temperatures. * Assist with keeping the working environment clean and safe. * Willing to assist in training for the position when needed * Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision. Knowledge/Skills Required * Must be comfortable working with numbers, computers or capable of being trained on keyboarding skills and be able to comprehend and understand the new bar coding and confirmation system. * Must be accurate in basic math and able to read shipping documents. Neat and legible penmanship is helpful. * A positive attitude and ability to work in a team concept is a must. * Must have good organizational and time management skills. * Must be dependable and have a certain degree of flexibility to work overtime, different shifts, Saturdays and Sundays when needed. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred . Education beyond High School would be a plus. Forklift experience is desirable. Prior manufacturing and/or packaging experience would also be a plus. Working Conditions Work inside a clean, refrigerated warehouse manufacturing environment and a climate controlled manufacturing. This position will be responsible for setting work priorities for technicians on 2 nd shift. Supervisor will be a Hands-On working Supervisor with their own hand tools. Candidate will ensure full utilization of all maintenance information systems (CMMS) and will be responsible for the accuracy, management and direction in controlling parts inventory storerooms. This position reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager. The hours of this position are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is hands on working Supervisor. Supervise and develop the 2 nd shift Maintenance Team with direction from Maintenance Manager. Execute all maintenance activities with special attention to regulatory requirements that may apply, e.g., OSHA rules, EPA regulations, USDA requirements, state and local environmental regulations. Position Summary: The Production Generalist is responsible for preforming a variety of production centered tasks to support the production of value-added poultry products. This position is intended to increase skill, gain experience, and prepare Team Members for advancement into posted leadership positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assigned * Learn and train to back up all support positions within 2nd Processing and back-up the positions as needed. * Work the line when not in a back-up position or training. * Participate in a job correlations/audits and SOP reviews and revisions. * Communicates real time results to processing support on the floor. * Through communication with Process Control and Process Leads, monitors quality standards of product making necessary adjustments when needed. * Rotation between tasks and departments is required. * May be asked to rotate to positions that require data collecting and recordkeeping. Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties that might be required in this position * Flexibility to work in changing environment and adjust to various production demands. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * High school or GED is strongly preferred * Minimum of 6 months' work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Ability to become authorized in LOTO and pallet jack operations. * Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentage calculations. * Basic data entry skills preferred. * Ability to communicate questions and concerns effectively to maintenance and/or leadership * Ability to work with minimal supervision * The ability to demonstrate leadership qualities such as taking action independently, correct processes that have fallen out of control, problem solving issues, etc. EOE, including disability/vets

The Process Lead is required to know, understand, and support food safety requirements for the facility. Maintains records of department, including daily evaluations sheet and issues other reports pertaining to department as directed.
