Job Description
Randstad is currently recruiting for an Auto Citation Processor for leading global financial services firm with operations in more than 60 countries. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small-business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and private equity. The ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years minimum experience in an office clerical setting and prefer with background in auto finance/payment processing/research.
As an Auto Citation Processor, will be handling citations for lease account customers (parking tickets/red light violations/toll road charges). Will research tickets through issuing agent web sites, follow matrix by state and age of ticket to determine disposition, will bill customer accounts for tickets, issue checks to municipalities, generate letters, perform research on customer inquiries/disputes.
Qualifications
2-3 years minimum of experience in an office setting
Prefer candidates with background in auto finance/payment processing/research
Must be flexible to opening mail as well as performing research on citations
Must have strong data entry/typing skills
Must have knowledge of MS Excel

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
Review and Approval of Work Order Process
* Check for accuracy on technicians parts, travel and labor times and rates on work order
* Communicate with technicians, Operations Management and Customers for any discrepancies on accuracy of work orders
* Make any revisions to completed work orders as needed/requested by the technicians, Operations Management, Customers or AR for final posting
* Work closely with the Directors of Operations, Operations Service Manager, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable for any revisions needed after a work order is posted to reflect accurate operating costs for stations
* Comply with work prioritization, working towards Departmental and Company goals of daily close of all Open Completed work orders
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Leadership
* Communicate and adhere to our Field Service (CMMS) standards and usage
* Perform basic data analysis on Field Service, SCADA and/or IoT information in order to plan maintenance and determine areas of opportunities
Maintenance and Technical Resource
* Understand Clean Energy maintenance plans and rates
* Understand customer contracts and service level agreements
* Participate in problem solving activities
* Participate in preventive maintenance development
* Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
