Marathon Petroleum Corporation's North Dakota Refining Division is seeking a full-time Maintenance Systems Data Processor to join the Reliability Engineering Group within the Maintenance Department. This role provides critical support to both the Mandan Refinery and the Dickinson Renewable Diesel Facility by ensuring the integrity and efficiency of maintenance-related systems and workflows.
The Maintenance Systems Data Processor is responsible for maintaining accurate system records, supporting workflow optimization, and managing data across multiple platforms. This position plays a key role in sustaining reliable maintenance processes and enabling operational readiness through effective system support and collaboration with various stakeholders.
This position is based in Mandan, ND and reports to the Reliability Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day support for maintenance-related applications used in Refining, including SAP, Prometheus, GE APM, Intelex and RED.
Assists in updating and maintaining system records to support efficient maintenance workflows and asset tracking.
Supports the creation and testing of digital forms and workflows used in maintenance systems. Ensures forms are properly routed and functioning to meet operational needs.
Generates routine reports using system data to support maintenance planning and execution.
Assists with basic reporting tasks and help link related data sets.
Works with site analysts to report system issues and assist with troubleshooting.
Helps maintain spare parts records in the maintenance system and supports updates to sparing plans.
Assists in keeping documentation current and organized, following established review cycles.
Enters Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance (ITPM) data into systems as directed.
Supports updates to inspection tasks and master data under guidance from asset owners.
Provides basic support for field users of mobility solutions, including navigation and troubleshooting.
Supports implementation of next generation maintenance efforts including adoption of new technologies, business processes and software technologies.
Education and Experience
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
2+ years in refining, petrochemical or related industry experience, preferred.
A valid driver's license.
Experience with SAP, Prometheus, Intelex, GE APM and Microsoft CoPilot, preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for future VISA sponsorship.

Nature and Scope:
The M&LSR is a member of the APCI FCU's Member Services Team and reports to the APCI FCU's Manager of Member Services. The position involves responsibilities related to developing and maintaining positive member relationships, as well as promoting APCI FCU's share and loan products and services. Additionally, it involves balancing daily transactions, verifying cash and check totals, and managing risk by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure operational integrity and compliance with applicable regulations, policy requirements, and audit procedures.

+ Power plant major component repair; AIMM; ROP, OSGP, Risk Register, Supply Chain and Accounting policies and procedures
+ EH&S policy knowledge; Compliance standards, especially Sarbanes-Oxley
+ Knowledge of industry standards related to modification of plant components and engineering standards
+ Condition Based Outage process requirements
+ Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project
+ ASME codes applicable to large power boilers and steam piping
