About Us:
Marathon Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy and wellness services. We offer accredited residency programs through NAIOMT, providing mentorship, hands-on clinical training, and opportunities for career advancement, including management and partnership paths.
Role Overview:
As a PhysicalTherapist at Marathon PT, you will assess and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover and achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians.
Engage in educational programs and participate in community events.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Massachusetts PT license and current CPR certification.
EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills.
Core Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Demands:
