Record and maintain the following records in a timely, consistent and accurate manner:
program and behavioral data, medical and medication records, including prescriptions,
financial receipts, appointment books (including all scheduling as required); administer
evaluations and assessments to individuals; transition book or other applicable staff
communication books; all other related records as required. Complete Therap as
required.
Maintain consistent communications between supervisors, programs, and
parent/guardians as needed.
Maintain necessary qualifications and certificates consistent with DDS and Safeway
program standards including PMT, CPR, Mandated Reporter and Abuse and Neglect
training.
Remain well-informed of and advocate for your individuals rights and well-being while
maintaining confidentiality according to agency policy.
Assist in or lead emergency/behavioral situations as necessary, using ones PMT and
CPR training.
Perform necessary errands and responsibilities to aid in the maintenance of the program
success as necessary.
Maintain a flexible schedule and along with an openness to provide relief coverage
within office, residential, or community settings.
Qualifications:
One to two years of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities
preferred
Valid Drivers License required and personal vehicle preferred.
Must maintain a sufficient driving record.
Must drive yourself and your individual among office, resident, and community sites
throughout various neighborhoods and among various weather conditions.
Must be able to work at various locations depending on the work assignment given.
Must have/be willing to attain PMT, CPR, Mandated Reporter, and Abuse and Neglect
training. Must maintain these certificates at all times.
Understanding of Microsoft Office and the internet.
Physical Requirements:
Provide hands on personal care which may include toileting, feeding, cleaning and all
other activities of daily living skills.
Ability to transfer individuals as necessary.
Have physical endurance to use physical crisis intervention techniques which may

Work directly with all office staff to ensure proper communication of scope, budget, billing, scheduling, etc. is achieved for your customers.
Relationship building with new and existing customers of Action Air Systems. It is expected that these tasks will be done over-the-phone, in-person and digitally.
Take in-person, over-the-phone, and digital meetings to sell Action Air Systems' services.
Visit worksites to establish complete understanding of scope of work being requested.
General document upkeep for customers.
Assist in producing job packets as new work is won.
Work with Safety Manager and Project Management team to ensure job site standards are met.
Assist with data entry for any current customers, new customers as well as jobs won.
Create budgets and SOVs for all customers assigned and earned.
Create and maintain billing for all customers assigned. This will be done through several systems based on the customer.
Copy and produce blueprints as needed.
Assess the job sites for best solutions. Identify and create the needed solution and provide accurate quotes, build designs, and provide heat load calculations for all services needed.
Creating estimations and bid packages for customers.
Provide project scheduling assistance to construction and service team schedulers.
Coordinate repair and warranty services for customers you manage.
Ad-hoc duties to be assigned as needed from President and Management team.
Qualifications
HVAC related licensure with CT Department of Consumer Protection
Associates Degree in Business a plus
Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, schematics, emails, project proposals, etc.
Ability to provide top notice customer service over the phone, in person and digitally.
Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take in person meetings with potential and current clients and vendors.
A good working and team attitude.
The ability to be flexible with tasks.
Good organizational skills, able to meet multiple deadlines and requests at one time.
Flexibility in working location.
Must hold a valid driver's license.

Though the prestigious season-opening NASCAR Cup Series event garners most of the attention - as well as the largest audience in motorsports - the approximately 500-acre motorsports complex boasts the most diverse schedule of racing on the globe, thus earning it the title of "World Center of Racing." Among the nine major weekends of racing activity are the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA, the DAYTONA Supercross, the DAYTONA 200 motorcycle classic and the Coke Zero Sugar 400. Rarely a week goes by that the Speedway grounds are not used for events that include track tours, concerts, civic and social gatherings, car shows, photo shoots, production vehicle testing and police motorcycle training.
Daytona International Speedway is seeking event employees with cable-based TV experience and IPTV network infrastructure repair skills who will interact with our guests and participants during racing events and onsite special events.
JOB SUMMARY
Inspect, install, repair, and support cable TV and IPTV infrastructure and provide guest support for Daytona Intl. Speedway-related events. This includes large spectator events and track rental support throughoutneeded the year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work closely with the DIS Operations, Venue Technology Manager, and Special Event teams on upcoming events.
Support cable TV and IPTV infrastructure in fan areas to include the Fan Zone, D500 Club, Garage, Venue Suite, and Grandstand areas.
Install and repair indoor and outdoor RF and Network based TV infrastructure.
Be able to help add and replace indoor and outdoor TVs across the property.
Be available to support Cable TV and IPTV issues during all major events at DIS.
Assist the Event Operations team as need to support events.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
OTHER DUTIES
Be a team player, helping others whenever assistance is needed.
Provide back up support for PA and AV Departments as needed.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Basic office systems including but not limited to computer system & programs, cellular phone.
Proficient with all types of hand and power tools.
Able to work safely using different types of lifts.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Hours will vary but will include all hours the office is open, evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary to attend events and to fulfill job responsibilities.

Professional: Minimum of one-year related experience. Projects a professional company image though verbal and written communication. Presents self in a professional manner and have ability to interact with all levels of organization internal and external.

Personal: Project a positive image to internal (employees) and external (fans, vendor, other sports professional, community members) customers, communicate effectively and professionally at all times, comfort and experience with public speaking, exercise excellent managerial judgment, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, problem solve and be a team worker. Dependable transportation to and from work is required.

Responsibilities
Vehicle Care & Detailing:
Car Wash Operations
Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles that have been sold and serviced, as well as rental fleet vehicles
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements
Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment
Service Lot Operations:
Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility
Meet & greet customers as they enter the service area
Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid
Maintaining an orderly service parking area, lot, and vehicle display, car preparation, shop,p and showroom appearance
General Duties:
Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
