As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Esthetician you will… Provide “red carpet” level customer service at all times to every guest. Perform services consistent with FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols Perform consecutive skincare services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, lash lift, facial waxing, brow lamination, tinting and henna. Actively recommend additional services when appropriate. Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and memberships.. Meet or exceed personal and store sales and service goals. Give service recommendations and rebook clients. Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensuring State Board compliance at all times. Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service. Assist in all in store operational processes, including store cleaning tasks. Work with the Salon Manager to notify of inventory and supply needs. Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times. Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures. Attend mandatory product training and team meetings. Experience we are looking for… Minimum of one year recent experience working as a licensed esthetician in a luxury spa setting. Mission-alignment and a passion for skincare. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Self-driven and motivated to succeed with a demonstrated ability to work and thrive as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
