Not much. When you work in one of their acquired remote branch offices, you are definitely on the outside. At one meeting, the CEO flew in on the company jet with his staff for a company meeting. The first thing he did, was yawned and asked the question, “what was the name of this company again before we acquired it”? Wow!! We really felt good after that!
Politics, greed, belittling & extremely stressful environment with little regard for human feelings.
At the time it was the ESOP which is now, long gone. They do have a great 401K match which they should considering their poor compensation. If it would’ve been for the ESOP, at the time, I’d have made much less that what I did before they acquired us. This is definitely a company to stay away from. As a customer, get ready to pay way more and to getting huge annual increases. I know after working there and seeing this first hand, I wouldn’t buy a toothpick from them!
Excellent management to help you everyday. They utilize many resources to allow their sales representatives to focus on cold calling, selling and building relationships with customers
Work overload can happen at times
Flexible Schedule - if you get your work done/hit your quota you can take a day off or a vacation if needed
Good people, company vehicle with gas card and company credit card, training.
