Set up banquet spaces as per Banquet Event Order (BEO) and provide customer service per contract. Assist in maintaining and coordinating banquet rooms, including setup, upkeep, breakdown, and cleaning. Maintain banquet facility cleanliness by cleaning and vacuuming carpets. Work reliably in a 24-hour operation, accommodating varied schedules and high-pressure situations. Aid in serving guests as necessary and understand event setup requirements. Organize and restock linen room and supplies, attending mandatory department meetings and trainings. Uphold quality and service standards. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. What do you bring to the role? Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure. Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry 100 lbs. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and proper set-up as well as have basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Must be detail-orientated, able to multi-task, produce high quality and accurate work as well as show professionalism in all facets of the workplace. Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner at all times Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certification.
