What do you bring to the role?Minimum one year previous experience in the same or a similar position at a full service hotel such as a guest room attendant, cleaner, or other housekeeping roles such as cleaning in hotels, hospitals, casinos or residential are preferred.
High school education or equivalent, must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.

What will you be doing?
Greet guests and explain specials & promotions.
Understand menu and wine list including ingredients and preparation of the dishes to the delivery and service expected to accompany the dish.
Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system.
Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations.
Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.
Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments.
Address and resolve guest complaints.
What do you bring to the role?
High school degree or equivalent preferred
Must have high level knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, etiquette, appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items.
One year or more of service in a fine dining outlet required.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide proactive solutions.
Proficient in English for guest requests, memos, and reservations.
Ability to work POS system and cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted on occasion as well as move through crowded rooms to seat guests.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holiday and have reliable transportation to and from work
