What You'll Be Doing:
* Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive attitude.
* Promptly reset and prepare tables for incoming guests.
* Maintain well-stocked service areas with glassware, silverware, plates, and ice.
* Assist in transporting clean and soiled linens to and from appropriate locations.
* Set up and break down your station at the beginning and end of each shift.
* Ensure cleanliness of all surfaces and dining room floors throughout the shift.
* Run food from the kitchen to the dining room as needed.
* Polish silverware, fold napkins, and keep supplies organized and stocked.
* Support servers and the kitchen team with additional duties as needed.
Position Requirements:

BUSSER JOB DESCRIPTION
Bussers are responsible for assisting the service team in exceeding the guest's expectations. Assists with Barista duties as directed. Teamwork, organization and good awareness are necessary for success in this position.
Essential Functions
Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room
Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
Effectively service a minimum of an eight table section
Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus-tub, tray or dish room
Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction

As a Banquet Set Up Associate at The Pfister Hotel, you will play a vital role in preparing and maintaining banquet rooms for events.
You'll ensure that all spaces are set up according to guest specifications and The Pfister's high standards of quality, while working closely with your team to provide seamless service.

What You'll Be Doing:· Maintain banquet facilities by cleaning and vacuuming all banquet areas.
· Set up banquet rooms according to contracts and guest specifications.
· Provide service to customers as required by banquet contracts.
· Perform breakdown of function rooms after events.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of setup areas, including closets, parking ramp (6A), and coatroom.
· Organize, control, and restock linen rooms and supplies.
· Monitor and maintain banquet equipment and storage inventory.
· Work collaboratively as part of the banquet setup team.
· Inform the Banquet Manager of damaged equipment or maintenance needs.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:· Prior hospitality experience preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
and move heavy equipment (tables, chairs, carts, staging, etc.
).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
· Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Ability to bend, kneel, push, and pull for tasks such as dance floor setup.
· Basic English skills to understand instructions and interact with guests.
· Ability to safely handle products and follow labeling instructions.
· Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days.
