About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Business Systems Administrator to support our enterprise-wide transition from SAP ECC6 ERP to Oracle Cloud ERP & Oracle Cloud EPM and enhance our Financial Applications Systems footprint. This role will be central to process optimization, business process mapping, requirements definition, and solution design across multiple financial functions within our commercial real estate operations spanning about 80 offices across the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement), Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, Consolidation), and has a strong background in evaluating, optimizing, and documenting business processes in a complex multi-entity environment The anticipated salary range for candidates is $130,000 - $145,000/ year . The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Key Responsibilities: * Lead process design and optimization for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM across Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Billing & Receivables, Taxation, Compliance, and Reporting. * Configure and manage Oracle Fusion modules (Purchasing, Payables, GL, AR, Billing, Revenue Management, etc.) including multi-currency setups, consolidations, and allocations. * Design and implement vendor payment processes (ACH, wire, check, ISO20022) and bank integrations using OIC, APIs, and SFTP/FTP. * Develop and maintain Oracle EPM solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting using modules like PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS. * Build reporting and analytics leveraging Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management. * Collaborate with IT and integration teams on interfaces for payment gateways, external financial systems, and bank connectivity. * Document current and future-state processes using BPMN or swimlane methodologies. * Partner with business stakeholders and finance leadership to align functional requirements with technical design and drive continuous improvement. * Support data validation, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live stabilization. * Administer and troubleshoot Financial Application Systems, including deployments, enhancements, and user support. * Perform system configuration, testing, and resolve user-reported issues across finance modules. * Assist with change management activities, including training materials, documentation, and communication. * Provide audit support by delivering required reports and documentation to internal and external auditors. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. * 7-10 years of experience working with financial applications and ERP/EPM systems. * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (across core financials and procurement). * Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, including PBCS/EPBCS and FCCS. * Deep understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, intercompany eliminations, and consolidations. * Experience configuring integrations with banking systems, APIs, and third-party solutions. * Advanced skills in process documentation, requirements gathering, and data flow design. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interfacing both technical and executive stakeholders.
