Job Summary: Rocky Mountain Custom Landscapes (RMCL) is seeking a driven and organized Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our landscape enhancement crews. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality service, efficient project execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and coordinating landscape crews, as well as facilitating communication with clients and management. Responsibilities: · Train, mentor, and guide foremen and crew members. Meet with crew and foremen daily · Works with the Enhancement Manager to recruit, train and develop all crew positions · Coordinates daily tasks, work and materials for foremen and crews · Ensure procedures are followed for maintenance and protection of all company assets, such as vehicles, maintenance tools and equipment · Work with Enhancement Manager to schedule jobs for maximized efficiency and client service · Manages all work orders and ensures accurate and timely completion and workflow · Regular and consistent communication with clients to ascertain their needs and exceed expectations · Proactively assess opportunities for RMCL maintenance to enhance/improve gardens and landscape maintenance at client properties · Prepares and submits all information needed for purchase orders and proposals · Consistently communicate with all team members utilizing CTE standards regarding all property needs/notes, meetings, schedules, jobs, etc. · Receive certifications and continue education in the appropriate horticultural areas · Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned by Enhancement Manager Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience in landscape enhancement, crew leadership, or similar supervisory roles. · Strong horticultural knowledge with a focus on enhancement services. · Proven ability to lead, coach, and grow field teams. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Proficient in communication across field and client-facing environments. · Working knowledge of landscape tools, safety protocols, and work order management. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. · Valid driver's license required · Certifications in horticulture or landscaping preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION The employee is responsible for operating heavy equipment used for moving or grading earth, applying concrete, asphalt or other materials to road beds or equipment used for tamping gravel, dirt or other materials. Position Summary: Lifescape Colorado is seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and client-centric individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Production Manager. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operation and proficiency of the field maintenance team through logistics planning, quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement efforts for high touch landscapes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Production • Weekly Service Management: Manage crew and weekly maintenance services for high touch landscape properties; following Lifescape standards and processes. • Ticket Management: Develop a weekly production schedule within Aspire in accordance with the contracted services, submitted Picture Punch lists and seasonal horticultural calendar. Manage and schedule labor resources between teams as well as inter-divisionally for each ticketed service to maximize labor utilization and ensure on-time completion. Close tickets after completed. • Process Improvement: Plan, develop and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve production operations and minimize operating costs. Continually review available garden services and assist in the production of a comprehensive package geared towards high-end residential and commercial accounts. • Maintenance Expertise: Provide Foremen and Garden Manager support and consultation as required for assigned properties. Provide production related direction, leadership and expertise to internal departments, other team members. • Fleet Management: Conduct inventories of available tools, equipment, and vehicles. POSITION SUMMARY: Lifescape Colorado is looking for dedicated, team-oriented candidates to join our team as an Irrigation Technician. A Lifescape Irrigation Technician can work well on their own, is dependable, and takes direction. Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring all aspects of computerized, centralized, and large-scale irrigation systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality · Improve irrigation systems by accurately and timely completing work order repairs · Test soil and vegetation to determine irrigation needs · Map out areas for irrigation installation · Dig trenches and install pipes and lines · Identify repairs as needed · Install pumps and electrical timers · Conduct routine maintenance checks · Tests complete irrigation systems for proper functioning of valves and timers. · Locates, excavates, and repairs or replaces damaged or malfunctioning equipment. · Perform irrigation startups, service calls, and winterizations · Troubleshoot low voltage lighting issues as needed · Troubleshoot water feature issues as needed · Special duties and projects assigned as needed Equipment Operation & Maintenance · Maintain predetermined levels of inventory in service vehicle while being neat and orderly for professional appearance · Record parts used on each jobsite · Inspect and load equipment for the day's work · Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment · Check fluid levels before operating · Train, Communicate and direct crew on proper use of equipment, and weight and volume limitations · Properly park and secure crew vehicle at each property and in the Lifescape yard Communication · Report updates after each site visit to Garden Manager, Irrigation Coordinator, and Division manager via email · Record concise and pertinent information in the notes section of each site ticket · Keep proper records of work orders received and completed through Aspire and Weathermatic · Proactively report problem areas/concerns to Division Manager and/or Garden Manager for evaluation · Effectively communicate with clients when needed Safety · Ensure crew is working safely and job sites are safe at all times; anticipate potential hazards · Notify People Operations of any accidents or injuries and submit paperwork according to Company policy · Attend departmental safety trainings Time Management · Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app Snow Crew · Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season · Properly operate snow removal equipment · Plow, shovel, and apply ice melt in designated areas as assigned Training and Certifications: · Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred) · Certified Irrigation Technician (Preferred) · Licensed Colorado Irrigation Technician (Preferred) Qualifications: · Valid driver's license with approval from fleet insurance carrier (Required) · Proven troubleshooting experience in a residential or commercial irrigation technician role · Previous field experience within landscape industry (maintenance or construction) The Perks 401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay Transparency Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed. Handle financial management of assigned projects including negotiation and management of project buyouts. Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or issues. Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to Assistant Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Foremen, and Crew Leaders. PREFERRED EXPERINCE & SKILLS: Minimum of five years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environments. Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex construction concepts to stakeholders. Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession.
