Lifescape Colorado is seeking an experienced Design-Build Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Design-Build Operations Manager oversees the design-build operations while managing our project management and construction teams that together ensures the successful execution of our custom landscape construction projects. This senior leadership role involves managing a team, client expectations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Design-Build Operations Manager will collaborate closely with clients, designers, field crews and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Compensation: Base compensation range of $130,000-$160,000 plus bonus incentives
Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
· Forecast & manage construction backlog, labor needs to meet weekly, monthly, annual goals
· Manage that the construction process is being followed by project management team; from assigning projects, pre-construction planning, scheduling, project construction through to final client walk through punchlist/hand off
· Ensure jobs are planned to run efficiently and safely while meeting budget and Lifescape quality standards
· Lead, manage and train the project management and construction teams
· Work with Project Managers, Design/sales team to manage the construction schedule daily
· Manage construction projects to be installed on time and budget, including Change Orders, material purchases and successful material buyout
· Oversee and interview/vet subcontractors, manage subcontractor schedules and meeting Lifescape professional standards
· Take on projects to manage to support the team and goal as needed
· Ensure team meets daily and weekly administrative tasks; time approval, weekly planning and schedule updates, invoicing, payments, job preparation and job close out
· Identify and manage opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
· Lead weekly meetings, trainings and foster professional development initiatives for your team
· Strategize and meet with senior leadership to lead company
· Review and manage team & department KPIs
· Support snow team as necessary
Client Service:
· Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients and colleagues
· Meet with clients, builders, other professionals as needed throughout project timeline
· Attend and lead client meetings as required, ensuring client satisfaction is met
Communication & Coordination:
· Ensure our Construction Manager, Superintendents, and field crews are living up to Lifescape construction standards, project planning, safety practices
· Work well with our property care team to ensure smooth client/property transitions
· Ensure project management and construction teams are working well together
· Assist in project estimate review with sales team prior to sale of project as needed
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors
Warranty Management:
· Manage warranty, assist in warranty issues with clients and problem solving
· Track and manage warranty costs and ensure warranty policy is being followed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management or a related field
· Minimum of 10 years experience in Landscape Construction and installation & 3 years of leading an operations team
· In depth knowledge of best practice landscape construction methods, including landscape structures
· Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent client management skills and effective communication skills
· Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets
· Software skills; Excel, MSOffice, Aspire and Bluebeam a plus

• Maintenance Expertise: Provide Foremen and Garden Manager support and consultation as required for assigned properties. Provide production related direction, leadership and expertise to internal departments, other team members.
• Fleet Management: Conduct inventories of available tools, equipment, and vehicles. Maintain fleet preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate services, including repairs as needed.
Supervisory & Personnel Responsibilities
• Supervision: Manage and lead the maintenance production crews. Accurately reviews and submits crew timecards for weekly payroll. Conducts weekly one on ones, annual evaluations and authorizes internal promotions, discipline, discharge, or transfer in accordance with Lifescape policy.
• Training: Train the foreman and crew on the Lifescape quality standards for production, policies, and procedures. Conduct weekly safety trainings.
• Quality Assurance: Plan and implement on-site reviews with the assigned landscape maintenance foreman at least twice per month. Maintain Lifescape quality standards for best practice maintenance services.
Administrative
• Financial Planning: Responsible for forecasting all equipment, tool, vehicle and other essential expenditures for seasonal planning. Assist with reviewing and proposing divisional budgets.
• Operations Planning: Review and analyze reports, records, and directives to obtain data required for meeting budgets, hours, and efficiencies.
Lifescape WOLF PACK
• Crew Interaction: Meet crews on site on a regular basis to ensure high-quality work, along with strengthening camaraderie and mutual respect. Review and analyze data and metrics to represent performance and progress towards goals.
• Garden Manager Teamwork: Collaborate with Garden Managers to analyze production, costs, gross margins, and other metrics. Help manage ongoing projects to ensure quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
• Communication: Timely and professional communication with team members via email, phone, text or any other format. Adhere to the 10-5 rule (communication received before 5pm gets a same-day response, communication received after 5pm gets a next-day response by 10am)
• Meetings: Attend weekly Production & Scheduling meeting, hold weekly One-on-One with crew Foremen, and other trainings, meetings, promotional events, seminars, garden shows, etc. as identified and scheduled.

Summary:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Develop and maintain close relationships with high-end residential and commercial maintenance clients
· Act as the primary liaison between the client and Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape while overseeing the satisfactory completion of contracted landscape maintenance services
· Prepare annual maintenance bids for existing and new clients (pricing for enhancements, seasonal color installs, holiday lighting etc.)
· Consult, design/estimate, and manage both full-service landscape maintenance packages as well as landscape installations for existing clientele

Responsibilities:

Picture Punch Lists: Consistently produce picture punch lists to identify client requests or tasks to be performed by the regular base services crew.

Enhancements: Actively identify, estimate, sell, and manage landscape enhancement opportunities.

Position Overview:
Rocky Mountain Custom Landscapes (RMCL) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our Gypsum, CO team. This role is ideal for a seasoned landscape professional with supervisory experience and a passion for horticulture, team development, and client satisfaction. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the Division Manager by overseeing daily field operations, training crews, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring a safe, productive, and positive work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Leadership & Training
· Serve as the primary point of contact for field crews.
· Lead morning rollouts and daily oversight of crew activities.
· Train and mentor crews on horticultural practices, equipment use, and SOP compliance.
· Monitor crew performance and identify training needs through timesheet reviews and field observations.
· Ensure proper use of uniforms, safety gear, and company equipment.
Client Service & Communication

Required Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:
Lifescape Colorado is looking for dedicated, team-oriented candidates to join our team as an Irrigation Technician. A Lifescape Irrigation Technician can work well on their own, is dependable, and takes direction. Responsible for
installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring all aspects of computerized, centralized, and large-scale irrigation
systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality
· Improve irrigation systems by accurately and timely
completing work order repairs
· Test soil and vegetation to determine irrigation needs
· Map out areas for irrigation installation
· Dig trenches and install pipes and lines
· Identify repairs as needed
· Install pumps and electrical timers
· Conduct routine maintenance checks
· Tests complete irrigation systems for proper
functioning of valves and timers.
· Locates, excavates, and repairs or replaces damaged or

Time Management

Snow Crew
· Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
· Properly operate snow removal equipment
· Plow, shovel, and apply ice melt in designated areas as assigned
Training and Certifications:
