Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6) Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to an established schedule. Use computer maintenance system to create work orders and record keeping. Troubleshoot and repair processing equipment involving electrical and mechanical skills. Respond to production calls for corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance. Report all parts used in the computerized maintenance system. Position Requirements: Two years or more related experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Forklift experience - must be able to be certified. Excellent mechanical knowledge and skills. Basic Electrical skills. Basic electrical skills Understand the basic principles of electrical troubleshooting and basic industrial electricity (110v, 220v, and 480v three phase). Fabrication and welding skills must include stainless and aluminum. Basic computer knowledge and skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks as assigned and provide positive inputs to set priorities and the ability to make sound decisions while working on tasks in a timely manner. Ability to respond quickly to requests and must be able to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as production/workflow changes.
