Job Summary The role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure the property and grounds are in good condition and appearance and be certain that all equipment is maintained properly and functioning efficiently. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ year's property maintenance experience (apartment maintenance experience preferred). 2+ years customer service experience preferred. Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred. Local market experience preferred. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Board Certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Music Therapist, including experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Experience in ABA therapy settings or familiarity with autism-specific interventions is highly preferred. Proficiency in playing musical instruments (e.g., guitar, piano, percussion) and using music therapeutically. Familiarity with Arizona DDD guidelines, insurance authorizations, and billing is a plus. Availability to work sessions in our Chandler clinic (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-7 PM) with flexibility for occasional in-home visits. Warm, engaging personality and commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.
