Job Summary:
As a Residential Life Coordinator (RLC), you will serve in a multifaceted role, meeting the co-curricular needs of a diverse student population. The RLC role is a full-time, 12-month, live-in, student engagement and
success position supervising co-ed residential complexes and serving in an on-call response rotation. Your primary responsibilities include supervision of student staff, administrative management of residential facilities,
supporting students, and implementing the residential curriculum. To excel in this position you will build relationships, apply student development theories and frameworks, and cultivate a community of inclusion and equity.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Supervise paraprofessional staff including Resident Assistants (RAs) and Moderators, which includes recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, and ongoing oversight of student staff
* Play an active role in the implementation of a residential curriculum
* Assist in the adjudication of disciplinary cases as a hearing officer as required by the Coordinator of Student Conduct
* Ensure proper safety and maintenance of residential communities
* Participate in on-call rotation and coordinate the crisis response actions for Residential Life staff on serious incidents that occur in the residential facilities

JOB PURPOSE:
IME is a campus resource and community space that supports students from all identities and backgrounds, with a special focus on those who identify as students of color, first-generation students, and/or students within the LGBTQ+ community. IME focuses on creating opportunities for belonging, leadership, advocacy, and celebrating diverse cultures on our Lewis & Clark campus and beyond.
The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for leading IME's marketing efforts, which include (but are not limited to) the weekly IME newsletter, social media initiatives, and creating our marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to work on other IME staff and programs that center around the IME purpose statement. Applicants must be available to work on campus for the entire 2026-2027 school year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and send the Monday newsletter (weekly)
Manage the IME Newsletter subscriptions (bi-weekly)
Lead the social media efforts (weekly)
Lead general marketing efforts (weekly)
Support the daily operations of the IME suite (greeting guests, maintaining the suite, promoting events, etc.).
Attend bi-weekly IME staff meetings, trainings, and 1:1s with IME supervisor.
Develop programs, workshops, and/or events that focus on creating belonging and community for historically marginalized students.
Collaborate on projects and major IME events with the IME team, campus partners, and/or external agencies.
Participate in outreach efforts, including but not limited to tabling, social media, etc.
Serve as an ambassador for college initiatives on diversity and inclusion, including upholding all College policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB PURPOSE:
The Green Energy Institute at Lewis & Clark Law School (GEI) is accepting law clerk applications from law students who are passionate about clean energy and climate protection. GEI's work supports the equitable transition to a 100% decarbonized energy system by developing and recommending reforms to regional, state and local energy policy. This paid opportunity is open to all current law students and is available as a for-credit externship or an internship. Start and stop dates are flexible. Law clerks working in exchange for law school credit must comply with all applicable externship requirements. Candidates have the option of working from home or in a GEI office located on the Lewis & Clark Law School campus, but must commit to at least one day a week in person on campus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist GEI staff with substantive projects, including research and analysis of energy laws and policies;
Draft memoranda and contribute to policy reports and other legal and policy analyses;
Research and write blog entries on energy or climate policy issues;
Participate in weekly staff meetings and work collaboratively with GEI staff.
SCHEDULE:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Academic Support
Assist faculty with preparation and posting of course materials
Coordinate course activities through tracking of deadlines, scheduling of rooms, assignment of students, and faculty support
Assist in tracking attendance records for students to ensure they are meeting course requirements
Coordinate pre/post course and department/program/committee meetings as assigned to include agenda preparation and ensuring action items are met
Support the integration of Canvas, Acuity and other platforms used in the curriculum.
Provide support for the faculty and Course directors within Canvas, ensuring all materials are uploaded correctly and in a timely manner.
Assessment Support
Support faculty in developing high-quality exam items aligned with learning objectives and standards as determined by national licensure exams
Coordinate the construction, review, and finalization of exams with course directors
Manage the logistical details for both in-person and online assessments, ensuring a smooth testing process for students
Implement best practices in assessment security and integrity
Coordinate efforts to maintain a secure item bank with appropriate metadata and performance statistics
As part of the COM Operations Team, support the scheduling and make-ups of assessments
Student Academic Success
Facilitate data collection and reporting to support early intervention systems and student self-evaluation
Generate outcomes reports to inform the development of academic development plans
Provide support during COM faculty training
Effectively communicate assessment results and performance trends to faculty
As assigned, monitor progress of students in remediation programs through targeted assessments
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar support role in education, health or a related discipline
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work effectively with faculty on assessment development
Ability to communicate with faculty and staff of all levels.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing and administering examinations in higher education
Experience in medical education assessment or health professions testing
Familiarity with COCA accreditation standards related to student assessment
