Keith E. Smith is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Boyd Gaming Corporation. He has been President and a director of the Company since April 2005, and he has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008. Keith Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from October 2001 through December 2007, and prior to being appointed President, Keith Smith had served as the Company’s Executive Vice President since May 1998. Keith Smith joined the Company in September 1990, serving in various controllership positions, the last of which was Senior Vice President and Controller. In 2005, Keith Smith was appointed to the Board of the Nevada Resort Association and served as Chairman from December 2008 until December 2012. One of the most respected and knowledgeable hospitality and gaming executives in the industry today, Mr. Goldstein joined LVS during the planning phases of The Venetian in Las Vegas, the company’s first Integrated Resort. By attracting leading retailers, restaurateurs and important leisure attractions, he helped shape the identity of the property and set the stage for its long-lasting success. From 1999 to 2010, Mr. Goldstein served as president and COO of The Venetian, as well as The Palazzo Las Vegas, a 3,000-all-suite hotel which is connected to The Venetian and opened in 2008. Mr. Goldstein graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and received his law degree from the Temple University School of Law. He and his wife, Sheryl, reside in Las Vegas and are active in the local community. Mr. Goldstein serves on the Board of Directors of Opportunity Village, The Adelson Drug Rehabilitation Clinic and the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. The couple has two adult children, Scott and Courtney.

Eric joined Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. in 2009 as senior vice president strategic initiatives with responsibility for pursuing new acquisition and management opportunities. He was promoted to chief strategic officer in 2011. In 2014, he was named chief financial officer overseeing finance and accounting, strategic initiatives, information technology, purchasing, payroll, insurance and risk management. Prior to joining Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Eric led development initiatives at Trump Entertainment Resorts where he identified and evaluated possible acquisitions, new developments, asset divestitures, and joint ventures from 2006 until 2009. A graduate of both Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree and New Jersey Institute of Technology with a master’s degree, Eric is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his family.
