Install and secure dies onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and functioning. Adjust machine settings, such as pressure, temperature, and speed, to optimize the casting process. Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to handle dies and materials. Die Casting Operations: Load molten metal into the die casting machine. Monitor the casting process, ensuring proper temperature, pressure, and flow of molten metal. Remove castings from the machine after solidification.
