Responsibilities

You will join our Air and Process Team and will assist with air quality monitoring associated with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) monitoring programs and other regulatory compliance activities in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
This position consists primarily of field-based work and requires walking and standing for extended periods, as well as an ability to work comfortably at heights.
Due to the outdoor nature of the role, work occurs in all weather conditions.
This role involves approximately 40-45 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a clean driving record and current driver's license.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Acceptable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
Acceptable written and oral communication skills with a strong desire to build successful relationships with clients and project team members.
Technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
A basic mechanical aptitude and an independent work ethic.

Responsibilities for the Environmental Services Technician (Laundry) position include:
Focus on laundry with ability to float to other areas within the environmental services team as needed.
Additional duties could include vacuuming, moping, sweeping, dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Environmental Services Technician (Laundry) position include:
Prior laundry, housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare environment is a plus.
A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality.
High school diploma/GED or 1 to 3 years of related experience.
Basic computer knowledge including ability to complete required online safety classes.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to pass FBI background check and State of Ohio BCII background check.
Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.
Valid Driver's License.
