Pros of working at Marion County Horizon Center

The residents are wonderful. I looked forward to interacting with them

Cons of working at Marion County Horizon Center

The supervisors, house managers & staff are so unintelligent and unprofessional. They gossip from house to house, manipulate the residents and pit them against other staff. They cut throat for overtime hours and do very little when they obtain hours. They will overwork the new hires as they rest from working house to house without a break. I would never put my family member in this program. The program needs to be restructured. The job only requires a H.S. Diploma and I see why. High school mentality
