For CDL roles: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing. Current and valid DOT Medical Card. Active compliance with DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role strongly preferred. For Non-CDL roles: Previous experience operating yard trucks, or similar heavy equipment preferred. For all roles: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
