As a Customer Service Technician, you will be performing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment. 3. Checks residents and makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention. Begin planning time to assure all resident's needs are met throughout the shift.
4. Assists residents as indicated to provide A.M., P.M. and daily care to assure residents are clean, dry, toileted, continent, well-groomed and cared for in the manner they deserve. Follows restorative plan as outlines on the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Provides for privacy and dignity at all times.
5. Asssits residents to meals. Assists residents to toilet prior to meals. Assists resident to wash hands and face, brush teeth, put on the glasses, get to dining room and in good position prior to meal.
6. Provides assistance and restorative eating as indicated. For those residents who are the most debilitated, consider their weakness in planning time for the whole group of residents.
7. After meal, assists resident to wash hands and face, return to their room and toilet as needed.
8. Assists in dining areas as assigned. Offers assistance to residents as needed. Offers substitution for items not eaten well by any resident. Promotes atmosphere conductive to increased nutritional intake for each resident in the dining room.
9. For those residents unable to go to the dining room, assists in service, assisting and supervising meal service as assigned.
10. Assists in transporting used trays to the kitchen following appropriate infection control policies and procedures.
11. Assists residents to plan their time to enable them to be well cared for as well as attend their desired functions during the shift. (i.e. activities, visits, with each other and their families, outings, meals, quiet times, etc.)
12. Answers call lights timely assisting with care as indicated. Keeps call lights available for the residents.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Yard Jockey/Spotter to safely and efficiently move trailers within the yard using a yard truck. Key Responsibilities
Efficiently move trailers between dock doors and staging areas with a strong focus on collision prevention and ground-crew safety.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all yard tractors and trailers to identify mechanical risks early.
Ensure all parked trailers are properly chocked, secured, and sealed to prevent shifting or unauthorized access.
Promptly identify and report equipment malfunctions, potential hazards, or unsafe yard conditions to leadership.
Maintain precise records of trailer movements while strictly adhering to DOT and company safety protocols.
Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of obstructions to prevent trips, slips, and falls.
Support other yard and site-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
We hire both CDL and Non-CDL Yard Spotters. Requirements include:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
For CDL roles:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing.
Current and valid DOT Medical Card.
Active compliance with DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role strongly preferred.
For Non-CDL roles:
Previous experience operating yard trucks, or similar heavy equipment preferred.
For all roles:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to safely maneuver and back 53' trailers in tight spaces and fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
