Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of obstructions to prevent trips, slips, and falls.
Support other yard and site-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
We hire both CDL and Non-CDL Yard Spotters. Requirements include:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
For CDL roles:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing.
Current and valid DOT Medical Card.
Active compliance with DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role strongly preferred.
For Non-CDL roles:
Previous experience operating yard trucks, or similar heavy equipment preferred.
For all roles:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to safely maneuver and back 53' trailers in tight spaces and fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 25 lbs.

Schedule
Night Shift:
Option 1: Monday-Wednesday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Option 2: Thursday-Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Note: Both shifts include a rotating "Every Other Sunday" requirement.
