Minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role strongly preferred. For Non-CDL roles: Previous experience operating yard trucks, or similar heavy equipment preferred. For all roles: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Ability to safely maneuver and back 53' trailers in tight spaces and fast-paced environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 25 lbs. Skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to schedule changes and unexpected delays. Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) preferred. PPE Requirements Steel-toe boots Safety glasses High-visibility vest or shirt. Schedule Night Shift: Option 1: Monday-Wednesday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Option 2: Thursday-Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Note: Both shifts include a rotating "Every Other Sunday" requirement.
