Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. This role involves assessing patient conditions, implementing urgent care plans, administering life-saving treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care in critical situations. The ER RN demonstrates strong clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking abilities, excellent communication under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
Essential Work Functions:
Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved emergency nursing techniques and protocols
Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their time in the emergency department, responding to immediate needs
Observe and document patient conditions as required within scope of practice
Take and monitor vital signs using clinical judgment to address deviations and prevent complications
Respond to life-saving situations based upon emergency nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols
Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR)
Initiate patient education plans according to individualized needs, considering the acute nature of emergency care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

The Opportunity
The Offset Press Operator is accountable for all aspects of press performance; will lead, give directions to and monitor work of Assistant Press Operators and functions of feeder and jogger. Makes ready and operates sheet-fed offset printing press to print single and multicolor copy from lithographic plates.
* Records sheet counts and perform line clearance.
* Examines job order to determine quantity to be printed, stock specifications, colors, and special printing instructions.
* Verifies copy to customer approval or signed color standard.
* Sets plates and fountains to provide correct in thickness on rollers; saves plate setting to computer.
* Fills ink and dampening solution fountains and adjusts controls to regulate flow of ink and dampening solution to plate cylinder.

Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our systems operate to meet the demands of our customers. The Electrical SME will be a part of the facility operations team and will be responsible for being the electrical system technical operations expert. The Electrical Subject Matter Expert will need to have a broad understanding of electrical system and equipment function and will be responsible for procedure-based electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and project oversight. * Experience in critical environments

The Outlets team is a sub-department of Food Service. These areas are specialized and our most guest-facing Summer Staff positions. There are two Outlets on campus: Clouds Coffee Shop and Nibble Nook Ice Cream/Grill. This team works together to ensure that guests are served well throughout their stay! Here is how each Outlet operates:
Clouds Coffee Shop: This is a traditional full-service coffee shop. Responsibilities include running the register (taking orders & payment), making hot/iced beverages, and making frozen beverages (smoothies & frappes). Clouds is also the home of our retail area, so they keep our branded apparel, stickers, and cups stocked.
Nibble Nook Ice Cream/Grill: This is an additional restaurant on campus. Responsibilities include running the register, grilling food, operating a deep-fryer, and scooping ice cream. They also do their dishes at the end of each shift.
Our Outlets team is responsible for the stocking/restocking of their areas, and this sometimes requires pushing a heavy cart up an incline. Staff in this area need to be able to lift (50 pounds), bend, and stand for long periods of time. This team works very closely with some of our volunteers on campus, and their hours are determined by need and area. During the summer, Outlets Staff will work in both areas!

Responsibilities
Maintain constant surveillance of the pool area/body of water, know/review all emergency procedures and respond to emergency situations immediately
Responds to emergency situations in assigned zone. Assists in communicating emergency situations outside of assigned zone
Perform first aid when necessary and complete appropriate incident/accident reports
Know, understand, and consistently communicate policies and guidelines for the pool, body of water, and whirlpool
Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neat and orderly appearance
Provides superior customer service to all guests by assisting all in a polite and expedient manner
Participate in all branch safety and quality drills
Attend all required monthly and y early in-service trainings
Arrive 10 minutes prior to start of scheduled shift
Engage in active listening with members in order to build relationships, understand each individual's goals and interests and take the initiative to assist in the achievement of those goals
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old
Preferred candidates have current and active YMCA or American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications
Must successfully complete at least two hours of practical guarding at branch prior to first shift
Ability to pass lifeguard water and audible test
Must be able to remain alert with no lapses of consciousness in a warm environment with air temperatures of 80 degrees or higher
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Audible awareness of noises and distress signals in surroundings
Observe all areas of the pool with clear vision
Perform all needed rescues and survival skills
Communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in in a dynamic, potentially loud environment
Perform all needed rescues, resuscitation and survival skills
Think in abstract, solve problems and make quick decisions
Act swiftly in an emergency
