Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred. * Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred. * Ability to follow instructional plans and work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility and willingness to accept a variety of assignments.
