Not many. Some good people to work with
Low pay, 1980s culture, outdated, always a bunch of games why you cannot get a raise or why bonuses will not be paid out. Always propaganda spin that they assume everyone just believes. Maritz is a short term place to be employed at. Get what you need out of it and quickly move on.
Leaving
Company culture which was employee focused as well as the learning opportunities afforded to employees.
Martiz Global Events/Experient was a wonderful company and the only thing I can think of was a 3 hour commute 2x a month.
Flexibility in the location and hours. I also really benefitted from the internal support from all departments.
The people and culture.
There is not anything I dislike.
