1. Pull and pick material from inventory to fulfill orders.
2. Inspect material for any defects.
3. Confirm material specifications match pick ticket.
4. Pack material according to customer requirements or as instructed.
5. Enter order information in ERP system.
6. Print shipping labels for outgoing order.
7. Cut material using abrasive, FMB and cold saw equipment.
8. Deburr material with grinder as needed.
9. Maintain the location accuracy of materials, transfer locations in ERP system.
10. Participates in cycle counts.
11. Supports other areas in the warehouse as needed or directed by Warehouse Lead or Management.
12. Maintains warehouse area clean and organized.
WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1-2 Year experience in warehouse or other distribution functions.
2. High School diploma or equivalent

Material Handler Duties & Responsibilities:
Transport Tooling/Material/Equipment to and from specified locations using company trucks in a safe and timely manner.
Drive various types of vehicles including pickups, service vans, box vans and stake body trucks.
Follow all safety protocols including wearing a hard hat on construction sites, gloves and eye protection in work areas.
Keep vehicles clean and free of dirt and debris.
Load and unload trucks.
Follow all company fleet and driver policies and procedures.
Provide manager with signed paperwork from field deliveries.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, depending on position.
Minimum of one year of experience working in warehousing.
Ability to drive box vans and stake body trucks.
Acceptable driving record that meets company approved driver criteria.
Physical demands of the position require the candidate to be able to periodically lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation to the Warehouse facility. Warehouse vehicles and not taken home by the drivers.
Forklift experience and CDL are a plus, not requirement.
Be willing to obtain a CDL for vehicles over 26,000 lbs.

The daily work activities and responsibilities include:
Responsible to receive inventory products, stocking, maintaining, pick, pack, load and ship all products in the warehouse, in a complete, timely, safe and efficient manner, utilizing and operating various means of material handling equipment and RF scanners.
Loading and unloading of products in a safe and efficient manner using necessary tools, equipment, and skills, i.e., RF scanning, where applicable, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc., and may involve lifting and moving of heavy loads
Verify the accuracy of inbound receiving lists, and receive product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems , computer systems, i.e. RF scanning, if applicable
Engage in warehousing duties such as picking/packing and/or storing of inventory, housekeeping duties, and product movement
Order fulfillment with pick accuracy and reporting inventory shortages to management
Maintain good customer service skills while interfacing with customers on customer pickups
Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Maintaining clean, safe work areas at all times
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior warehouse experience using RF scanner/guns.
Prior forklift and pallet jack experience.
Must have customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills for processing documents such as bills of lading, transfers and pick tickets.
Must have the ability to add, subtract, divide and multiple.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to learn and utilize computer system to check inventory and orders and time management.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 80 lbs.
Must obtain and maintain power equipment operating certification, i.e., forklift, pallet jack, and side loader
