The Service Billing Assistant will work closely with Service administrative staff, managers, and customers to ensure that invoices are issued with accuracy while under tight timelines. This position provides an opportunity to be part of a team within a dynamic industry and a quickly-growing company. The successful applicant will be exposed to multiple aspects of the business through the course of his/her daily activities. Position hours would be 20-30 hours per week M - F Requirements Collaboration with Operations team including dispatchers, account managers, service managers, sales personnel and company leadership Prepare and issue billings for service agreements and quoted work in line with company goals and client expectations Update GL accounts in Sage 300 Receive and process purchase orders aligning with vendor payment requirements Securing, preparing and delivering forms in line with client requirements Responding promptly to customer requests and providing solutions issues as they arise Identifying billing roadblocks and escalating as needed Data Entry Prioritizing tasks based on varying customer and company deadlines Participating in continuous improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned based upon skill, knowledge, and interest Outcomes For invoices within Billing's control, maintain an average monthly billing turnaround time of 5 days. Achieve an overall monthly average billing turnaround time of 10 days.     CAN BE REMOTE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE** The Plumbing/Piping Modeler works closely with the Trade Specialist, Foreman, Project Managers, and design team during and after the preconstruction phase of Design-Build, Design Assist or Hard Bid projects. This position's main responsibility is to create constructible, clash free BIM models for plumbing and mechanical piping systems and to produce detailed fabrication & installation drawings that can be used to pre-fabricate and install these systems. Requirements Responsibilities: Responsible for producing LOD200-400 plumbing & mechanical piping system models from base project information utilizing 3D design software (Revit/eVolve Mechanical) Uploads all models for coordination to cloud based platforms as required (BIM360, ACC) Maintains daily updates on work progress and task completion via construction management platform (monday.com) Creation of shop, fabrication and installation drawings derived from coordinated BIM model Produce design drawings from sketches, red-line mark-ups, existing drawings and field notes diagrams, details and schedules. Purchase and coordinate the delivery of certain materials for the project(s) ensuring optimum prices, quality and conformance to specifications and budget. Reviews and approves invoices and change orders. Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors for specific trades ensuring that all scope is encompassed. Review vendor and subcontractor shop drawing submittals for construction as directed by the supervisor. Relocate to specific job sites (if required) in order to become familiar with procurement and construction practices. Attend weekly job site meetings. Assist in the preparation of various reports to assist in the successful management of the project(s), such as: monthly red files, progress analysis/schedules, billings and status reports. Assist in the organization and maintenance of job files to ensure continuity of work flow. Submit verbal and written reports on project status to supervisor. Communicate effectively with customer, direct consultants and subcontractors on the project(s). Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray's safety program on site.
