Local management players are super weak in any leadership skills and exhibit a propensity for being abusive to junior team members.

The management tone negates any perk/benefit to MB employment.

I do not have enough exposure to the CEO level but would certainly recommend that senior level practice more MBWA

On a local basis there needs to be more upgrading and "housekeeping" of weak supervisors/managers. Tenure is not the ranking criteria for promotion into management.
