Training will include but is not limited to, chart and dosing reviews, face-to-face training with the physicians and nurses based on chart review findings, and updates on any new policy or procedures. May provide additional clinical training support to other locations as requested. * Participates in Quarterly Board Meetings to discuss state-specific strategic plans, performance improvement plans, quality assurance plans, budgets, staffing concerns, and patient care. As a Center Store Product Specialist, some of your responsibilities will include: Regular store tours to our Portland, Ashland, Medford, Bend, Corvallis and Eugene alone, with Corporate Sales Managers, or as a team to assess merchandising conditions, displays, inventory management, and operational readiness ensuring exceptional customer service Collaborate and effectively communicate with Corporate Store Operations, Sales Manager and Store and Departmental management to execute consistent best practices for customer service, merchandising, inventory, ordering, staffing, food safety and product quality to achieve, maintain and exceed company standards Ensure stores have the right mix of displays and products that optimizes purchasing, gross margin, and sales Coordinate with Corporate Grocery and Chilled Sales Managers to coordinate store resets Develop and maintain outstanding relations with customers, employees, and vendors to help create a pleasant in-store atmosphere for the customer Contribute to the training, development, and performance management of new and existing employees QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: In-depth knowledge of operations and safety Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to use various office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, calendaring, e-mail management and the Internet Create, compose and edit written and electronic materials Ability to work regular or irregular hours on a consistent basis and regularly travel to all Market of Choice locations, special events and other functions.
