About the Role:
Process Pro Consulting is on the search for a strategic, client-facing HubSpot Solutions Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. Core Customer & HubSpot Responsibilities:
You'll act as a trusted consultant, owning projects from sales hand-off through delivery:
Lead end-to-end HubSpot projects-including onboarding, migrations, integrations, and custom implementations
Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
Build automations, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards
Manage data migrations and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Zapier, etc.)
Create custom properties, pipelines, and permission sets aligned to client RevOps strategies
Guide clients through strategic planning, technical solutioning, and RevOps best practices
Drive CRM and data hygiene standards that support clean, reliable reporting
Deliver clear documentation and training to empower client teams
Build advanced reports and dashboards to surface insights and drive accountability
Identify new growth and improvement opportunities within client accounts
Manage client relationships and project timelines with a proactive, solution-first mindset
You'll Excel in This Role If You Have:
5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Professional or Enterprise tiers), ideally across custom onboarding, integrations, migrations, and implementations
A background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops-especially in high-growth B2B SaaS
Experience acting as a strategic consultant or agency partner, directly supporting clients
Strong technical expertise with CRM design, marketing automation, data migration, and reporting
A strategic mindset and the ability to connect the dots between business goals and technical solutions
Confidence in managing cross-functional projects and facilitating change
Clear, client-friendly communication skills (you can simplify complex concepts with ease)

We are seeking a Senior Market Research Manager, to join our team and support both our extensive and well-established Voice of the Customer (VoC), as well as our growing Voice of Employee (VoE) programs. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, implementation and analysis of ASME's quantitative and qualitative research projects aimed at assessing customer and employee needs, attitudes, satisfaction and reactions to ASME's products, programs and services.
Principal responsibilities include:
Lead design, execution, and analysis of custom market research projects from inception through reporting.
Assist in the development and expansion of ASME-wide VoC and market research programs to evaluate current products and services and highlight future business expansion, marketing, and product innovation opportunities.
Support delivery of actionable insights that drive revenue, net margin, customer/constituent acquisition, retention, engagement, and strong customer experience and satisfaction.
Create and deliver insights and conclusions to internal customers and stakeholders.
Assist in continuous VoC program improvements, including implementation of new feedback collection, advanced analytics, and more efficient reporting.
Support expansion of the VoE program.
Support design and development of the new ASME customer panel.
Act as an internal market research consultant.
Stay current and up-to-date on market research methodologies and data gathering techniques, as well as market trends in the industries critical to ASME's current and future success.
This role requires a bachelor's degree or additional equivalent work experience and a minimum of 10 years' experience in market research within a corporate, or vendor environment. Advanced degree in Market Research, or related quantitative discipline highly desired. Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies/practices and statistics preferred.
Additionally, a proven track record of demonstrating knowledge, excellence and practical experience in the following technical and professional skills and competencies is required:
Communication - Strong verbal, written, story-telling, and interpersonal skills
Relationship Management - Ability to work well with teams in diverse, complex, and changing environments
Problem Solving - Ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues, and develop actionable recommendations

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Grantmaking
Lead EF's grantmaking process as the primary staff member overseeing the full grant cycle, from proposal development and application to compliance review and organizational approval.
Under legal guidance, serve as the lead reviewer to ensure all EF and Energy Action Fund, our sister 501(c)(4) organization, grant proposals comply with IRS regulations, including adherence to 501(c)(3) requirements and the exclusion of 501(c)(4) activities.
Independently and accurately process proposals, reports, grants, contracts, invoices, and reimbursements in the grants tracking system.
Review grant proposals to ensure content is complete and appropriate, and verify that all required documents are included.
Coordinate joint grants and shared contracts as needed.
Conduct due diligence on proposals and prospective grantees, engaging directly with grantees and consultants to address questions, gather additional information, and request revisions as necessary.
Research and solicit proposals from potential new grantees with minimal assistance.
Collect, track, and synthesize grantee insights for use in reports.
Prepare the Power team, along with grantees and consultants, in advance of meetings to help deliver effective conversations, including circulating materials, flagging relevant questions, coordinating on meeting agendas, and setting clear expectations for meeting outcomes.
Assist in conducting research and performing due diligence on proposals or prospective grantees. Directly engage with grantees and consultants to seek additional information as needed.
Work collaboratively to manage program budgets and reconcile budgets to actuals for cross-programmatic grants.
Internal Support and Coordination
Foster effective coordination and integration within the Power team, including using tools and systems to support collaboration and information-sharing (e.g., Asana, Slack) and supporting regular team check-ins.
Schedule calls and meetings as needed and handle meeting logistics (e.g., arrange locations, prepare the technology interface, ensure that agendas are circulated in advance, support meeting follow-up).
Prepare initial drafts of documents and presentations for internal and external audiences, such as board dockets, funder reports, proposals, and presentations.
Serve as a liaison to other EF teams to ensure that the Clean Power team is fully integrated with other National team programs.
Support the team on campaigns and communications projects as availability permits.
External Coordination
Facilitate networking and information-sharing between a culturally diverse set of grantees and consultants across the region, and build connections with national groups or experts, as appropriate.
Support regional and state-wide meetings and convenings, including developing presentations and agendas.
Represent EF and the Power Program at meetings, conferences, and other events, as agreed upon with your supervisor.

We are seeking a Consulting Associate to join our Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, or New York office. As a Consulting Associate, you will leverage CRA's eDiscovery technology suite to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights, while having frequent contact with senior leadership and project teams as a resource. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Support senior consultants and clients with tasks related to database administration, data processing, review management, and user experience;
Support senior consultants and clients to conduct analysis of relevant data;
Utilize database skills to effectively analyze large data sets;
Investigate and analyze evidence for litigation and expert support as needed;
Ensure reliability of analysis through quality control review;
Assist with corporate initiatives, recruiting, and training efforts as needed.
Desired Qualifications
3-5 years of related professional experience.
Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and eDiscovery processes.
Experience using Relativity as an advanced user and database administrator. Relativity certifications are beneficial but not required.
Experience with loading data into Relativity and basic Relativity administrative functions.
Experience with executing and running quality control of document productions.
Experience processing electronic data in an industry-standard tool such as Nuix, Relativity, etc., with a strong preference for Nuix.
Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
Knowledge of search term analysis and search term reporting.
Understanding of quality control for eDiscovery processing and review.
Experience with document review management is beneficial but not required.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Rigorous organizational skills and attention to detail in all facets of work.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet timely deadlines.
Ability to travel as needed (minimal travel expected).

Salary and other compensation
A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $126,500. Stating pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for additional bonus incentive compensation.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
