About the Role
As a Legal Markets Strategy Associate, you will structure and drive strategy projects (or modules of large, complex initiatives), covering topics such as growth strategy, product development, pricing, sales channel strategy, M&A, strategic planning, and other key questions facing leadership. You will play an individual delivery role in executing complex projects. You will take the lead in creating deliverables and supporting communications of key findings to senior audiences, including business and functional leaders. You will also engage externally with customers and other industry participants to maintain a pulse on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Graduation Qualifications: Applicants should have completed their studies or expect to finish between December 2025 and May 2026.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to address critical issues on a project basis.
Define project scope and objectives and develop project plans and deliverables.
Analyze issues using appropriate frameworks and data, quantify financial impact, and manage process and timeline.
Coordinate with participants from across the organization to build a productive team.
Present conclusions, next steps, and detailed action plans, and obtain buy-in to proceed.
Support line management in implementing findings.
Requirements
An undergraduate degree is required, and you must be on track to obtain an advanced professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) by May 2026.
A background in Finance, Strategy, Marketing, or Legal is highly preferred.
Experience working in a Business-to-Business technology or a consulting environment is highly preferred.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
A proven ability to build relationships and influence all levels within an organization, including senior management.
Ability to synthesize, simplify, and communicate complex ideas.

Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Patio Enclosures product lines and acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients.
As a Tradeshow Marketer, you will schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events through face-to-face interactions with potential clients. You may also demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects at these events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 per hour plus commission
* Compensation increases based on performance
Job Requirements:
* Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
* Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Smart phone for timekeeping and appointment setting
Responsibilities
* Represent Patio Enclosures or one of Great Day's home improvement brands at local events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and conferences
* Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand's products and services
* Transport and set up/tear down exhibit displays and materials per guidelines
* Schedule free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and lead submission best practices
* Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication
* Work independently or in a team environment to represent your assigned brand with passion and professionalism
* Grow within the company and expand to represent additional brands as you advance your career
* Adapt to various event environments and engage with a wide range of customer personalities
* Travel to event locations and participate in door-to-door marketing as needed
* Manage flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends
* Timely submission of all timecards and paperwork
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with customers in an energetic and meaningful manner
* Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and sharing product knowledge
* Ability to inform, persuade, and generate leads while promoting the brand's value
* Resilient in handling rejection while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor
* Team-oriented yet able to work independently, with the initiative to take charge at events
* Adaptability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Experience:
* 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required
* Previous experience in tradeshow marketing or customer-facing roles is advantageous
* Experience in inside or outside sales is helpful but not mandatory

Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
Moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back in correct placement.
Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
May require mixing water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Deep clean key areas of the store including but not limited to bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways and other high traffic areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
Must keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.
Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
Maintain positive and respectful interactions with both team members and customers, even in difficult situations, in keeping with the organization's vision and values.
Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
Other duties as assigned may include:
Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)
Participate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
