What you do:

The Marketing Advertising Review Manager/Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the advertising review program and providing informal leadership and supervision to those assigned. Must have deep subject matter expertise and ability to provide technical direction to others. Aid in development and execution of overall program strategy, process and technology for compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and related company policies. Manages relationships and influences outcomes with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Able to tailor communication to multiple audience types (peer, colleague, management, senior and executive leadership). Stays current on regulations, policies and industry best practices. May be tasked with reviews for complex or high priority items and special assignments/projects that are outside the scope of his/her day-to-day responsibilities.

* Design, build and manage advertising review program, including technology, processes and controls
* Analyze program quality and metrics; identifies and executes necessary actions
* Helps maintain relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including research and resolution of identified issues and escalations
* Aids in management and development of staff

What you bring:

* 8-10 years' experience required including advertising compliance related experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
* Series 7 and 24 FINRA registrations are required or ability to obtain within 180 days of employment
