We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting and monitoring sales trends, gathering consumer and competitor data, preparing reports for management and utilizing statistical software for data analysis. A strategic role within IDEMIA, you will analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition with the goal of increasing our competitiveness in the market. Additionally, you will work with various external analysts to create and conduct research projects, design surveys and lead internal and external stakeholder meetings to present survey design ideas and results. If you are detail oriented with outstanding analytical abilities, this role will be great for you.

+ Prepare actionable reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into communications that are clear and understandable.

+ Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including surveys and questionnaires.

+ Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, pricing, distribution, partnerships, product offerings, and marketing.

+ Conduct research to help identify how best to position IDEMIA with to our customers and vs. our competitors.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ 5 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)

+ Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

+ Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques, revenue attribution, and customer segmentation.

+ Mastery of modeling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred

+ Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen

+ Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

+ Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

* Support Digital Marketing Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth in across display, search and native channels.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports that track key metrics and trends. Work toward the automation of these tasks alongside our data and engineering teams.
* Help manage external facing communication with advertising platforms
* Leverage data to develop insights that drive observation/hypothesis driven tests that translate into measurable results.
* Develop new ad concepts and A/B test to maximize volume while minimizing top of funnel cost.
* Work cross functionally with other teams to develop an understanding of our entire sales funnel, from ad impression to retention.
* Serve as a voice of customer resource for the team to develop actionable insights - monitor social media commenting, listen to sales calls, and perform interviews with our agents to get insights.
* Stay abreast of the digital marketing landscape - research and communicate on important industry trends, account beta opportunities, and new platforms to bring on and test.

Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing, analytics, management consulting or communications.
* Operate in a fast-paced environment with a high desire to learn and grow.
* Experience in digital marketing in a healthcare or related industry a plus.
* Advanced to expert level in Excel a must. In this role you'll continuously use data to inform optimization and growth opportunities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including data visualization and the ability to turn findings into actionable results.
* Experience working with platforms like Google Ads (search, display, and video) or Facebook ads a strong plus.
* MySQL/SQL Server knowledge a plus.

Develop and implement strategic market analysis and sales process

+ Strategic analysis and insight-offering strategic insights on customer segmentation, industry practices, business and branding opportunities for Medxcel.

+ Sales account profiling and analysis -working with the strategic marketing and sales team(s) to provide the research and analysis of target sales accounts to facilitate the sales process ensuring the profiling and segmentation aligns with marketing and sales objectives.

+ Project management and delivery-accountable for the cross functional project management of sales process, documentation and deliverables to support the sales and market growth goals.

+ Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management.

+ Manage an enterprise wide CRM solution

+ Oversee the strategic development and project execution of an enterprise wide CRM solution including standardization, optimization and cross-functional support.

+ Effectively project manage CRM initiates related to the enhancement of customer management for the sales and marketing teams, including new customer development and customer retention initiatives.
