This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for a marketer who loves understanding customer behavior, crafting compelling content, and running experiments that drive measurable results. **Key Responsibilities** **Lifecycle & Customer Marketing** + Build and manage lifecycle programs across email and in-app channels, including onboarding, activation campaigns, education series, newsletters, product updates, and advocacy outreach. + Develop expansion and upsell nurture flows aligned with customer goals, usage data, and product adoption patterns. + Partner with Customer Experience and Sales to create customer communications that improve engagement, retention, and expansion. + Support strategic customer programs like the Customer Advisory Board and event follow-up sequences. **Growth Support & Cross-Funnel Optimization** + Collaborate with Demand Gen on funnel initiatives by contributing messaging, content, and experiment design. + Develop conversion-oriented landing page content, nurture emails, and campaign assets to improve acquisition → activation performance. + Test lifecycle and early-journey experiments that drive activation and product adoption. + Provide customer insights and performance data to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign strategy. **Content Development** + Write and repurpose content that drives both growth and customer engagement: landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, product updates, blog posts, case studies, and customer spotlights. + Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across acquisition and lifecycle touchpoints, partnering with Product Marketing when appropriate. + Help scale repeatable content frameworks that support both awareness and retention efforts. **Analytics & Optimization** + Measure the performance of lifecycle programs and growth experiments; use insights to refine campaigns and identify new opportunities. + Analyze user behavior, activation patterns, and engagement metrics to guide lifecycle strategy. + Report out on results, learnings, and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. **What You Bring** + 4-6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel B2B marketing roles. + Proven ability to design, write, and execute lifecycle and growth programs that improve activation, retention, and expansion. + Experience partnering with Demand Gen on acquisition-focused initiatives without directly owning channels. + Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling messages. + Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) + Analytical, curious, and experimentation-minded, comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes. + Excitement about working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
