Campaign Operations:
Manage day-to-day campaign requests - Assist with the setup and deployment of marketing assets in HubSpot, such as email campaigns, basic landing pages, web forms, chatbots, and workflow automation.
Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on all marketing assets before launch to check for broken links, tracking errors, and proper personalization tokens.
Manage and execute list imports and exports within HubSpot following established procedures.
Data Management & Integrity:
Conduct daily/weekly data hygiene tasks, including basic record auditing, list cleaning, and standardizing data fields in the database.
Maintain an up-to-date opt-in database and manage communication preferences.
Assist in maintaining documentation for simple operational processes, ensuring procedures are clear for future reference.
Monitor system integrations (MAP to CRM) for basic errors and escalate issues to the appropriate team member.
Reporting Assistance:
Monitor campaign performance and engagement trends.
Create reports in HubSpot and Salesforce to track campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, form submissions).
Help organize and format data for monthly and quarterly marketing performance reviews.
Learning & Development:
Actively participate in training sessions to become proficient in our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce), and other MarTech tools.
Proactively research and bring forward ideas for small process improvements within existing workflows.
Ongoing pursuit of industry knowledge, best practices, and trends as it pertains to marketing operations and campaign management.
Who We Are Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in a marketing support, administrative, or operations-focused role, preferably in B2B or financial services.
At least 2+ years experience with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot/Marketing Cloud. Certifications are a plus.
At least 1+ year experience working in Salesforce CRM.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and data privacy compliance.
You must be methodical and process-driven.
Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is essential).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn technical skills related to B2B technology.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $71,000 - $88,500 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.

What we are we looking for:
Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

What will I be doing?
