Summary of This Role
Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities for various products or channels. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives. Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities in support of a product, service or channel. Help prepare and adhere to budgets. Oversee creation and delivery of advertising and marketing materials and ensure brand messages are consistent. Collaborate with sales and product to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution the identified opportunities.

What Part Will You Play?

Executes and participates in general marketing functions that are more routine in nature, require smaller spend budgets and requires minimal contact with clients. Requires oversight with developing approach for more complex marketing functions which include higher thresholds of spend levels.Participates in collaboration with business development, customers, product management, sales and other business partners in support of client-customized, content-rich marketing collateral, such as proposals, corporate communication, and other marketing related information for marketing functions more routine in nature. The Manager, Campaign Marketing (Remote) position is responsible for managing Mattress Firm's promotional and co-op campaigns across our digital media channels as part of the campaigns marketing team. This position will report to the Senior Director, Brand and Product Marketing, and work closely with the Campaign Marketing team as well as agency partners. The candidate will be accountable for supporting strategic campaign development from initial project kick off through tactical execution and campaign reporting while keeping an eye out for opportunities to implement learnings into future executions. The scope of campaigns can range generating interest for the retail shopping experience at Mattress Firm to increasing demand for branded products. This position will build upon their experience with strategic creative asset development and utilizing the full breadth of marketing channels across traditional and digital advertising to drive consumers through the purchase funnel. It will be critical to work seamlessly in a cross functional capacity to build alignment and consensus while steering the team with a strategic POV for the brand and product's success.
Essential Responsibilities
