Job SummaryThe Senior Marketing and Communications Project Associate will organize, lead and support with the development and implementation of various Bedrock projects related to the company's vision and priorities. This team member will work with internal and external resources, as well as manage multiple projects on behalf of the team. They will collaboratively link marketing, creative, communications and events teams through their work. The Project Associate's duties are to organize, coordinate and lead aspects of projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Responsibilities
Support the strategy, development and execution of projects and programs that fall under the Marketing and Communications teams Conduct research and analyze potential initiatives as identified by the leader Document meetings to ensure team projects are on target and completed in a timely manner Develop project tracking logs and executive status reports as needed for each project Create, revise, and edit written material Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders on projects Communicate and coordinate routinely with internal (and external, as relevant) stakeholders on project status and updates pertaining to issues related to project completion Utilize proactive management skills to avoid project delays Organize and effectively communicate with all resources involved in assigned projects; identifying challenges and threats and meeting them with proposed opportunities and implemented solutions Maintain a database of information and sources related to projects Itemize key learnings and opportunities for improvement and present these opportunities to team members Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with Bedrock's policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
