The Global Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing communications plans in support of our Global Growth Platform and the wider business priorities. The Manager will drive the Marketing Communications planning process and deliverables with agency partner(s) and manage the strategic development, creative design and copy writing of marketing communications activities and materials. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to brainstorm and align on tactics, create messaging, agree on positioning and co-ordinate approvals. Working in close collaboration with the Global Strategic Marketing platform team, they are accountable for all thought leadership activities as well as the positioning of the Growth Platform externally in the industry. They are responsible for measuring and reporting the results of communications activities and for outlining continuous improvement opportunities. They will work in collaboration with the regional Marketing Communications teams to ensure effective deployment of global communications activities.
Core responsibilities:
Leads Global Marketing Communication strategy for select growth platform to enhance our position within the marketplace Monitors competitor communications closely and uses insight to inform global communications strategy and action plans Leverages relevant market research to strengthen the global platform communications Develops and executes integrated marketing communications plans in support of business priorities, including product launches and campaigns, to drive awareness and demand of new and existing solutions Aligns Platform communications strategy with corporate, global, cross-platform and cross-region marketing initiatives
Drives Marketing Communications planning process and deliverables with agency partner, including development/approval of SOWs, writing briefs/briefing agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and budget Accountable for all thought leadership activities as well as the external positioning of the Growth Platform in the industry Manages strategic and creative design of marketing communications activities and materials including advertising, website, thought leadership, social media, video production, live and virtual events, and client presentations Ensures alignment of event, social and campaign strategies to the global/centralized calendar Collaborates with key stakeholders to brainstorm tactics, create messaging, define positioning, and develop content specific to our key audiences
