Assists with mass media creative and provides accompanying radio scripts. Responsible for the copywriting, design and implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual electronic and print communication. Utilize a data warehouse platform to research and select target audiences for product and service campaign development based on credit union's strategic plan goals. Collaborate with marketing/communications agencies for collateral creation and campaign implementation. Utilize marketing automation platforms to execute direct mail, digital, and print campaigns. Provide input into the direction and implementation of new member, youth and indirect member onboarding Manage marketing within credit score platform Work with vendors to ensure all monthly creative is consistent with branding, tone, and style. Ensure that marketing creatives undergo compliance reviews. Provide assistance to the Marketing Coordinator with the Referral Reward Program. Create and maintain all internal project schedules relating to the projected marketing plan. Utilize this planning to drive workflow, ensuring all are meeting monthly deadlines. Primary liaison to assigned dept for determining possible campaign development related to credit union strategic plan goals Provide creative support to the Business Development and Youth Outreach teams. Able to manage and fulfill many internal credit union-wide department requests for creative, web or copy needs. Web, Digital and Social Assist Social and Digital Channels Specialist in creating and executing social media content and campaigns. Assist with timely updates to web product pages, forms, disclosures and links. Ensure all formatting of web pages remain consistent. Assist Social and Digital Channels Specialist in coordinating creative with vendors for open internet campaigns. Interact with all departments to understand business needs of content edits. Projects and Events Schedule, organize, promote, manage, and attend, as needed, all events. Ensure all needs are met by caterers, and that all meeting/event logistics are handled prior to and during event including coordinating all technology needs. Create and/or facilitate the production of presentations for events Handle all photography needs for events and campaigns MARKETING SPECIALIST II: Perform all duties as listed under Marketing Specialist I Creative Content and Communication Plans, develops and executes direct mail campaigns promoting the credit union products and services. Provides input and manages the direction and implementation of new member, youth and indirect member onboarding Provide guidance to the Marketing Coordinator on monthly statement messages, the design and review of product specific marketing material to all SEGs, and the coordination of changes affecting all printed inventory. Web, Digital and Social Assist in content development and maintenance of the credit union's community website. Able to create and execute engaging social media displays and content as needed. Monitor and respond to social media platform feedback and issues on weekends and after hours. Projects and Events Serve on project teams to assist with the launch of new products, new services and new experiences; act as Marketing representative in collaboration with internal project management teams. MARKETING SPECIALIST III: Perform all duties as listed under Marketing Specialist I and II Creative Content and Communication Proficient with data warehouse and email marketing automation platforms. Able to manage and fulfill any internal credit union-wide department request for creative, copy or web needs. Web, Digital and Social Work with Social & Digital Channels Specialist to provide updates to web content to enhance SEO performance. Provide recommendation for new/updated content to ensure website navigation and information is relevant. Adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Lending, and Information Security. Our position is to start entry-level and provides one-on-one training in daily deliverables such as market/territory research, sales tactics, client communication, and reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. Responsibilities & Core Deliverables of Our entry-level Marketing Assistant: Communicate and interact directly with clients and customers Conceptualize and lead promotional sales campaigns, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager Identify specific target markets to help promote our clients' products and services to Coordinate and present territory research to the rest of the entry-level and senior-level Marketing Team Develop and showcase leadership skills throughout the entry-level Build brand awareness and recognition through the implementation of individualized marketing and sales campaigns Support every angle of marketing with a customer-first approach to drive growth and brand loyalty Deliver results to our clientele daily and meet all objectives and goals Assist senior-level Marketing Manager with any other designated projects Requirements & Expectations of Our entry-level Marketing Assistant: Associate's degree or 4-year degree preferred 1 year of experience in customer service or customer-centric industry is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated Team-oriented mindset Exceptional communication skills Versatile and dependable Friendly, positive, and upbeat personality
