RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary administrator and power user for HubSpot. Take ownership of the operational health and administration of our core marketing technology stack, including integrated data enrichment tools.

Proactively monitor, cleanse, and enrich marketing data to optimize data quality for campaign targeting, segmentation, and personalization. This role will be critical in building reliable data to improve the marketing team's ability to mine and prospect high-value targets effectively.
Manage opt-ins, unsubscribes, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) frameworks, and overall deliverability
Implement advanced segmentation logic within Hubspot to enable highly targeted and personalized campaigns.
Redesign and manage the entire Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) lifecycle, from initial capture through sales handoff, to improve speed and conversion accuracy.
Design, refine, and maintain sophisticated lead scoring (MQL, SQL), grading, and routing logic within HubSpot to ensure high-priority leads are routed efficiently to Sales.
Design, build, and maintain marketing dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics, like: MQL velocity, funnel conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI (including Client Acquisitions Costs).
Own the implementation and maintenance of marketing attribution. Deliver accurate, executive-level reporting to marketing leadership to ensure a single source of truth for performance.
Provide timely and accurate data insights to support marketing budget planning, client acquisitions costs, and pipeline forecasting efforts.
Works alongside Revenue Operations and Deal Desk to ensure all marketing processes align with the broader operational and GTM strategy, maximizing the velocity of our GTM teams.
Act as the process architect, defining and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core marketing activities (e.g., campaign execution, lead flow, data handling, and MarTech usage). Establish comprehensive, scalable documentation for all marketing operational processes, data flows, and technical infrastructure. Eliminate inefficient, non-scalable processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across all marketing functions and enabling predictable delivery of campaigns and pipeline.
Define and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) for marketing operational requests and maintenance tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Marketing Operations role, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Deep administrative expertise, and associated certifications, with HubSpot Marketing Hub is mandatory (Marketing Enterprise experience preferred). Certification You should be comfortable with workflows, custom objects and advanced lead scoring properties.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Admin or heavy user experience is a must), including campaign management and reporting. Experience managing the bi-directional sync between HubSpot and SFDC.
Proven ability to translate business goals (e.g., increasing MQL-to-Opp conversion) into technical requirements and execution plans.
Strong analytical skills, with experience building, managing, and analyzing multi-touch attribution models and reports on core GTM metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT).
Experience using project management methodologies or tools to manage complex implementations and documentation.
Rigorous understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) and email deliverability best practices is ideal.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms, data enrichment tools and working knowledge of web & data analytics platforms like DataBricks is a huge plus!

The Flag Coordinator supports the Head Band Director's 41-week preparation plan, assists with music selection, and contributes to uniform and visual design that honor the traditions, culture, and heritage of Adams 14.

How Will You Make an Impact?:
Interns at Brown and Caldwell make a daily, material impact by completing support duties to advance their team's projects and objectives. They receive professional training and the support of their team. Interns can expect to be onboarded, mentored, and developed by industry leaders to develop real-life skills and make an impact on their assigned projects.
As a Summer Intern, you can expect your experience to include the following:
* Organize, tag, and craft project descriptions in our database to gain understanding of our projects & clients
* Align client strategy materials in our database to create a central repository for information on our clients
* Conduct research on competition and client background materials to support our Business Development activities
* Work with staff on social media communications to support conferences and other industry events
* Successfully manage and deliver assignments on time.
* Working independently and with teams to complete assignments with other team members in a virtual platform.
* Manage and deliver assignments on time, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
* Complete an Internship Capstone project demonstrating skill development, learning, and accomplishments gained during the summer internship experience.
Work schedule and location: Summer Interns with Brown and Caldwell work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week and may have the potential for hybrid work schedules and fieldwork.

Capturing photographs of marketing activations and engagement at events
Ensuring that each venue is meeting sponsorship requirements (signs, PA announcements, video commercials, print ads, etc.)
Inventory management of the office and off-site storage
Engage in “team-think” and brainstorming to increase the effectiveness of sponsorship activations
Creation of projects using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva (optional)
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be able to travel (75% of the time)
Well-organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Preferred: Teams Application & HubSpot)
Ability to multitask and time manage
Ability to stay flexible and adaptable
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Have strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic
Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings and some holidays
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Junior/Senior working toward bachelor's or graduate degree

Overview: Our client, a nonprofit in Cherry Creek, is seeking a temporary (strong foot-in-door) Senior Coordinator to support the Community Development department. This position reports to the Senior Director of Community Development and the Community Development Manager.
The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for:
Providing logistical administrative support for small and large scale events, including volunteer and vendor support, communications, and timelines.
Supporting revenue goals through daily donor online research, database work, filing, and marketing material organization of research projects, mailings, and communications.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour unpaid meal break)
Remote on Fridays
Length: Approximately 3-months with the potential to go permanent
Duties:
Volunteers and Vendors
Finalize volunteer roles, s, and required headcount with key stakeholders
Coordinate volunteer recruitment and outreach
Develop and distribute timely communications, including job descriptions, CADs, and tools needed for volunteer success
Ensure vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) are provided and agreements are executed in a timely manner
Event CADs (floorplans)
Create, review, and finalize accurate CADs with key stakeholder approval well in advance of events
Oversee on-site room setup to ensure alignment with approved CADs
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies quickly in collaboration with the company and venue partners
Event Communications
Support event-related website updates, social media, newsletters, mailings, and phone outreach
Provide post-event, templated analytical reporting
Donor Support
Conduct daily online donor research
Perform in-database queries, research, and data cleanup projects
Assist with receipt letter creation and mailing processes
Database Support
Ensure donor updates from Community Development are accurately and consistently entered into the database or shared with the Data Team in a timely manner
Marketing Support
Conduct market research on key donor social media channels and handles
Maintain timely and organized filing of marketing materials
Administrative Support
Coordinate meeting agendas
Take, distribute, and archive meeting notes
Generate standardized, templated reports
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems using established naming protocols
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
2 + years administrative experience and events support - experience working in hotel events is a strong plus
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to type 50 + words per minute
Proficient in utilizing donor database software such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, etc.
Ability to use good judgement and ethical behavior in handling confidential material with sensitivity and discretion
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
Customer oriented
Strong critical thinking and time management skills
Ability to travel for events and work extended hours to meet deadlines and attend company related events which may occur on evenings and weekends
