Key Responsibilities
Program Planning + Logistics
Coordinate housing, classroom space, meals and AV needs with university and venue partners
Research and plan off-site excursions for student groups across the country-balancing budget, safety, and educational value
Assist with program budgeting, check requests and invoice tracking
Support on-site logistics and staff needs during programs (shipping materials, preparing supplies, documentation, etc.)
Marketing + Communications
Serve as a primary contact for program participants and their families, responding to inquiries and managing communications leading up to each event
Assist with building pilot program website and marketing materials
Write and edit copy for blog posts, outreach materials, and web/print publications
Contribute ideas and content to marketing campaigns that promote program enrollment and engagement
Office + Administrative Support
Assist with front-line communications by answering phones and responding to general email inquiries
Support staff with clerical tasks, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventories
Assist with shipping and logistics for events and other organizational needs
Jump in as needed to support various projects and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or program support (internships or part-time roles with significant responsibility considered)
Strong writing and communication skills; experience with copywriting or marketing is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, or CRM tools a bonus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

WinnCompanies is looking for a Floating Leasing and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Northern and Central, CA. In this role, you will manage leads in the property management CRM platform, conduct local outreach and business networking to improve word of mouth referrals, plan and host early marketing events and open house events with a heavy focus on converting leads to leases. Manage application paperwork, move in planning and lease renewals. Provide outstanding service to customers, residents, and clients while always maintaining budgeted occupancy at the highest attainable rents. Ability to manage various administrative projects to support new property launch efforts.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional weekends as needed.Responsibilities
Heavy telephone lead management.
Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Generate and manage traffic, property tours, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, following up on prospect leads, send blast announcements/promotional materials to curated audience lists to improve general inquires. Prepare lease documentation, completing move-in paperwork and procedures, maintain applicable databases, and ensure tour route, amenity areas and show units are to company standard.
Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations for new and current residents. Educate and implement WinnCompanies programs, processes and policies to new and current residents as applicable. Review, prioritize and distribute resident service requests as required.
Manage project related tasks for campaign accuracy, floorplan inventory and rent setting as required. Ability to review current advertisements / promotional messages and make updates based on construction milestones. (Internet listing sites, website, social media channels, general campaign updates). Oversee the marketing document library ensuring correct files and supplies are in use across the digital and physical leasing environment.
Maintain relationships with area businesses, employers and real estate brokers to generate new business as well as remain current with local events and hiring trends that may have an impact on the property. May be responsible for helping to plan and facilitate on site or off-site events for specialty audiences including early leads/VIP leads, brokers and local chamber of business members.
Provide support to the Marketing Team on collateral and reports.
Remain up to date with any/all Federal, State and/or other regulatory requirements and programs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a strong working knowledge within the Wine industry and is passionate about growing brands and developing partnerships to drive offerings and experiences on property.
What You'll Bring
BA in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of direct-to-consumer or hospitality marketing experience required.
Experience working with wine & spirits or other high-end hospitality environments highly preferred.
Strategic and creative thinker, ability to manage day-to-day implementation and ongoing optimization of marketing objectives.
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional project management. Experience working with creative agencies a plus.
Solid understanding of visual merchandising, social media, and the digital landscape.
Experience and basic skill set in Photoshop, InDesign, or another creative suite.
Self-starter with great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
